As others mentioned previously, worst store ever in Richmond.1) no flavours in the drinks. Super watered down.2) employees showed very negative attitude3) comes up with unreasonable excuse to reject customer’s smallest request.Suggestion : better find other shop. Or grab yourself a can of Coke.PS. This white milk like drink supposed to be a cup of taro milk tea which has purple colour.
Worse drink I ever had, the cashier lied about using fresh mangos. Taste like mango jelly powder and the pearls are soggier then congee. I should’ve waited in line at juice 8 instead of coming here. Drink was $7.50 and I threw it away after 1 sip.

One of the worst bubble teas I’ve had. Taro milk with pearls tastes like thick water and hard jello chunks. Barely any taro taste. Pearls are hard and tasteless. Save yourself the $8 and buy a can of coke.
