It has become sort of a family tradition now to stop by here whenever we come up to Canada. This is a great place to revitalize your Qi by drinking some healthy herbal tea. At least, this is what I've been told. You can by some of that Chinese "cooling" tea as it's literally translated. It great in cleaning out your body since It feels like there are antioxidants in them and it tastes pretty good. I prefer the sweet herbal drinks over the bitter. But the bitter it is, the healthier it is for you. The herbal jelly is good for the body too. My family usually makes sure we have that when we come here. My brother calls it the turtle jelly cause I'm told they use turtles to make them. I don't think that's true and it might be just a name, but I'm pretty sure it's just herbs here. I do prefer the cold drinks over the hot. I recommend either the aloe or the sweet herbal drinks. If you're from the states, definitely check this place out in the Yaohan food court area. We don't have this stuff in Seattle, so hit it up!

(Translated by Google) There are not many shops selling herbal tea and guiling cream, and the four flavors are really bitter.

Decent food quality with a wide selection of Hong Kong herbal food and drinks. Service is non existent. Server/owner did not even acknowledge us when we walked in and just expect us to yell out our order.

A Chinese herbal tea stall. I had to come to this mall for years before I knew what this stall did. One day I had a niggling cough and my friend recommended grabbing a tea here. Not sure if it really solved my problem but it was soothing with a better taste than I was expecting. Parking is available from each lot around the mall. Transit comes from the nearby Canada line stop of Aberdeen. There are also two bus stops nearby.

got their cold herbal jelly and black sesame dessert and both were delicious! the herbal jelly comes unsweetened and the lady working knew exactly amount of syrup to make it perfectly sweet. she was nice and welcoming and definitely will be returning for my fixture.

True, their steamed buns are big. BUT is it worth the $3.50 they charged for one? I don't think so. The dough isn't great nor tasty and the stuffings which I bought (one pork and one veggie) weren't yummy at all. I have tasted better ones. Yes, it could fill your stomach up but there wont be any pleasure of eating it. Sorry, I won't recommend this place if you are after their steamed buns.

It's in the Yaohan Center food court. Very straightforward with everything here- order, eat, leave. Most of the writing here is in traditional Chinese script. It's a small shop that specializes in serving herbal drinks, soups, teas, and jellies that supposedly contain properties that help with some function of the body. When I trek up to BC, I'll usually head here for guilinggao- tortoise jelly. It's not made from actual turtle shells these days. It's $10 CAD for a bowl of it here, so if it really was made of tortoise shell, it'd be way more expensive. This herbal jelly has a strongly bitter taste- just add small squirts of ginger sugar to it to balance the flavor to your preference (but it's not supposed to be too sweet). You'll probably get a different answer from each person you ask, but the lady here told me it helps with the body's energy levels and acne.
