Typical classy Chinese Restaurant. Good food. Nothing to complain about here. Had lunch there also. It was great!

Dinner was so unpalatable. I ordered over 3 pounds of geoduck and couldn’t get enough water. The attitude of the service aunt is very bad. She didn't even see me come to make a purchase and was treated harshly by the waiter. I can't compare with the previous level. If you want to charge an 18% tip, please show a professional service attitude.

You can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig! No matter how fancy this restaurant tries to be, this restaurant is a mess! From reception to departure. Reservations made and the hostess led us to a table that still have patrons sitting there. Then we were led back to the waiting area. The table cloth wasn't cloth, it was of a material similar to baby diaper. It was thick, tan colored, and it wasn't classy. The food menu was extensive and we specifically looked for items that were unique and promoted in the special menu.Food:- Thai chicken feet: Broken skin, roughly chopped and poorly presented. Sadly, this would turn out to be their most decent dish that we ordered- Braised pomelo pith: bitter and rough texture! Showing poor preparation. Pomelo pith takes time to prepare and clean so the bitterness is removed.- Deep fried fish roll: drenched in oil. The absorbent sheet of paper that it lay on wasn't enough to handle the excessive oil. Their deep fryer oil temp must be weak and overused to have this result- Salt pepper chicken knee: supposed to be bite sized not McDonald's McNuggets size due to excessive batter.- Salted fish chicken buns: Little filling, unpleasantly salty, shows poor preparation of ingredients and lack of generosity of filling yet charged high priced as a specialty item.- Baked scallop taro pastry: supposed to be warm. It was truly cold and that caused the scallops to be rubbery- Steamed fish rice roll: the menu picture shows pea shoots in the filling. We got cucumber slices. This is an expensive rice roll and this replacement of pea shoots with cucumber slices is a rip-off!- Mochi mango rolls: artificial flavours abound. A promoted item that you'd assume should be good. Unfortunately, really bad and you can tell that it's artificial flavouring because of the aftertaste which is nothing resembling mango. It had a fruit rollup aftertaste!- Steamed lava egg buns: supposed to be cute in presentation as it was also a promoted dim sum item. Laughingly, it looked like it was assembled by a preschooler!!Total with tips (15%) and tax minus $2.50 for underground parking: $161 for 4 peopleConclusion: Every Chinese restaurant know that dim sum lunch is a gateway to evening dinner. If they show good preparation and sincere effort and decent mastery of cooking skills, patrons would be more willing to try their dinner offerings. I, along with my family, cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. We never had to use so much EQ to eat dim sum especially in Richmond! Service was no better than a Hong Kong cafe as the servers approach the table, cutting in between sitting patrons, and placed the food roughly. I don't care how busy you are, but if you present yourself as a classy dim sum restaurant, you serve your patrons with care! Their system of placing ready made foods on a long table along the wall for servers to pick up and deliver to tables is amateurish as we watched food getting cold because it was left on the long table for too long. All the while, patrons were walking too closely by the waiting food. Really amateurish. I don't see other Chinese restaurants doing this. And don't get me talking about their washrooms!!! Ugh!! A mess.

Vancouver dimsum is elite! And this place does not disappoint. Sure, it's on the pricier side, but the dimsum pieces here are very cute And I think the quality is good as well. I like the lobster rice roll and the salted egg yolk bun. Free parking in the garage!

It was a very bad experience today. Why are three people given a table for six, and four people given a table for two against the wall? Mainly because when I went there, only four or five tables were seated. Do you have any seats? Discriminatory? Let the owner explain.

Good dim sum and dinner restaurant with evolving menu, promotions, and new items. The rice dishes are always good. Lots of seating and more private rooms in the back. Staff are always quick and easy to deal with.

When I was selecting my credit card from Apple Pay, the waitress suddenly moved the pos machine to my phone without a word. Resulting I paid with a wrong card.

Very innovative dimsum selection with great presentation, but it's not cheap. My party of 4 came for dimsum this past Saturday around 12:15. We called in a couple days beforehand for a reservation, so we were seated immediately. It's a nice space, but it definitely felt a bit cramped as the tables were placed close together. They have multiple seating areas, and we were seated in the back area that I assume can be reserved for private events. The dimsum menu is huge and felt quite overwhelming. They have all the typical dimsum items, but a lot of them are a slightly fancy take on the item, such pineapple chasiu bao with wagyu beef pastry. They also offer some new items I've never seen before. We didn't get any, but there are many items on the menu made in cute animal shapes. Like I said, presentation here is really good. We tried (* marks my favorites): A6 steamed abalone siu mai ($11.80) * A19 steamed cuttlefish with satay vermicelli ($9.80) B1 grilled eel and bbq pork crisps ($10.80) B12 fried purple yam with cheese and milk ($10.80) E3 fish paste and seaweed rice noodle roll ($12.80) * C6 deep fried tofu in Hong Kong style ($11.80) C10 pan fried choy sum ($19.80) R20 baked e-fu noodles with eggplant and scallops ($28.80) * D1 mango sticky rice ($8.80) As we were leaving, we saw a sign at the front with pictures of some of their unique items. I wish I had seen this earlier so we could've tried more of these items. Oh well, there's always next time! Like I said, it's not cheap to eat here. Our total came close to $40 pp after tax and tip. Parking in the garage is paid but the restaurant validates $2.50.

Dim sum restaurant across from the Richmond Oval. They have many tables. Their dishes are a more modern or a spin on the classic dim sum dishes. Some are interesting but I found the ha gao a bit too small. Get the vip card for 10% or so off. You can give them your parking ticket to rebate the parking.

Parking: They will reimburse the parking ticket if you park at the designated area.
