This Freshco has been around for about 4 years now. They are a grocery store competing on price and value for the customer. They aim for value over fanciness. To attract and keep customers happy, they have a "Double Guarantee". If you purchase a product and you are not satisfied by it, they will Return + Replace ... this is the 'double'. Today was my first time going to this pharmacy. I wanted to thank Lauraine and George for their kindness and professionalism. Not only did they explain the use and side effects of a medication to my mother, translated into the language she understands, they also called me to remind me of the change of dose. Thank you for your help with a senior. Little things make a difference. I am going to switch to this pharmacy as our family's go-to pharmacy from now on.
