I got my fav tomato soup but was disappointed when I opened the lid and it was barely 3/4 full. Soup is good but other freshiis fill up the cup.

the food from them really sucks. I don’t know why the chicken has no taste at all and apparently it sat there for several days without heating. They didn’t change any fresh products, tomatoes, corn, etc.. It’s a pity that I lost my appetite because of this, alas.

I normally love freshi but they can be inconsistent at times in regards to freshness, quantity and service. I ordered an Oaxaca burrito the other night and it was 90% rice… I’ve had it 3 other times in the past 2 months and they were great and portions were equal.They have a different special every day of the week in store which consists of one item on their menu at a discounted price but they do not offer this on ubereats. However they occasionally have bogo free bowls on Uber eats.They have kid options which are relatively healthy options as opposed to the normal fried foods options we normally see for kids. They’re also affordable for easy lunch or lazy dinners

Writing this review purely on the quality of food. As the name goes by the game doesn’t. The salad that was served to us wasn’t fresh at all. The tomato soup tasted way below par.

Ordered the soup and pocket deal- soup was tomato bisque.Picked it up, walked back to my office, and promptly found an OBSCENE amount of oil in my soup. I actually don't mind oil, but this was completely inedible. Literally one spoonful made my lips feel like they had a coating of oil on them, which they did. The plastic lid on the soup was stained red and literally dripping with oil. I couldn't eat the soup and also couldn't return it because I work a super busy job and I didn't have time to take it back.This was super gross and anybody with eyes and common sense would not serve that to a customer. I wouldn't even give it to my worst enemy. In fact, I poured it down the toilet and it left a grease ring in the bowl. I felt bad for the toilet and the plumbing. It was BAD. Do better!

Ordered a salad bow without rice, they didn't put greens as base...the bow is only half filled

I ordered a veggie/rice bowl and wrote in the notes if you could please send me a packet of salt because there was a fire in my apartment and I'm displaced/living in a hotel and have no way to get salt. You sent me so many salt packets AND this little dressing container with "Salt :)" on it ? Thank you for being so kind. My veggie bowl was so salty and so so good!! ??

I wanted a real fruity smoothie. I have never been to a freshii but the pictures looked awesome of the mixed berry smoothie. Thick and yummy with a vibrant colour. NOT at this location. I got my drink and took a sip. It was like orange juice with a bit of strawberry mixed in no banana to make it thick, nothing. I asked the lady that didn’t make it why it looked so pale and she pretty much told me it’s because they use one scoop of stuff instead of the recommended 2. She asked if I wanted another with a second scoop and I should have taken her up in it but somehow I still don’t think it would have been thick and rich and deep purple like the picture. Very nice staff but not hiding the fact that they were cheaping out on the ingredients. Very disappointed

Always loved smoothie and their original green smoothie with frozen yogurt was always my fav!! It'll never change!! I am obsessed with it and found them during Covid! They've been my comfort food since then!

Their juices and elixirs are really fresh and invigorating. I particularly like the immune booster elixir which is ginger, lemon, and honey juice. It makes you feel pretty good. Nice healthy stuff.
