I have been to freshii before (it’s been a while) but the one in downtown. I tried the one in Richmond today as I didn’t wanna eat the regular heavy cheesy fat loaded restaurant food. It was so disappointing! I felt like it was a total waste of 28 bucks. I ordered a bowl and a wrap. The tofu and sweet potato was stale and cold, the za’atar dressing was nauseous, the bowl was better off than the wrap but the overall quality of ingredients and taste has gone so so down!! It shouldn’t be called freshii anymore! The service was the only saving grace. I usually don’t like to eat out and freshii added to my list of confirmation.

please learn food safety!! I don't think the workers here have their food safe.I really should have read the reviews, I just ordered two burritos ended up throwing them away. The tofu was really really off. Also, like no toppings inside look at my photos. So sad.

This is the worst quality freshii I’ve ever had. My Buddha bowl has 2 pieces of chicken with no peanut sauce. The avocado in the pangoa bowl is black. The kids chicken teriyaki bowl had no chicken.

I ate here today, trying out another one of those daily specials. Today is chipotle. I enjoyed my food and appreciated the value. And I can continue to get vegetarian and still have great food. You must try it out, Freshii tried the best to offer us vegetarian food.

Wow.. just came here just now, let me start off by saying I get that it's a fast food, type healthy option restaurant . But you seriously need new staff... charging $17 for a burrito that is just consisting of brown rice is quite sad and feels like theft; other items were supposed to be added etc.. (tomatoes, corn, black beans, cilantro, green onions, cheddar, avocado) but no just a burrito full of all brown rice, so delicious and worth every penny..NOTto the owners and management team, do better.DO NOT GO TO THIS FRESHII.

Ingredients are not fresh. Avocado and corns have an unusual taste. Steak add-ons are only heated and not thoroughly heated.

Can’t think of anything positive to say about my feista salad. Paid $16. Added chicken. Everything very bland and skimpy on toppings. Also had to pick out slimy lettuce greens…

Very yummy and good. I've only ever had the smoothies but they're soo good I really recommend this place to people who want to be healthy and eat good food.

I have wrongly assumed that everything in a poke bowl would be cold. Well, Freshii changed that. The Chipotle Cheddar warm bowl has hot brown rice (you can modify the starch when you order) . The protein (I ordered steaks) was warm as well lots of corn , green onion. Beans. And tomatoes. I have to say I like this bowl! Not to mention I used the $3 discount offer between Dec 17-19! Will try other items on their menu.
Maybe my case is a rare case. I found a bug when I ate the broccoli…The service is nice there. Hope the quality of food can be improved.

I just spent a lot on a nice lunch and was told I cannot eat in, even though I have a vaccine card and they have a table and chairs. The lady working told me she can’t help me because it’s the manager’s choice. So I ate outside. Step 1 of owning a restaurant: let your customers eat.
