We had been here twice during last two weeks, and one of the staff whose name is Gurpreet is so kind and friendly! She is delivering good customer support to the store! We also enjoyed our fresh pizza!

=== 1. VERDICT/VALUE Based solely on a single visit, my experience was fortunately better than that of my fellow Yelpers, but I'll update my review should things change with future visits. I found good food and good service at good (for Canadian) prices. === 2. FOOD A Medium Feast Pizza ($13.75 minus 20% if you pick up): you can order ready-made slices or a fresh custom-made pizza - the latter being my choice on this day. You can have up to two flavors for your pizza and so on this day, I chose Meat Lovers (my two year-old asked for "beef" :) and Butter Chicken...something novel. Apart from one slice that seemed a little bare of any ingredients, both sides of the pizza worked out well, particularly Freshslice's trademark thick, chewy, non-greasy crust. Chicken Wings (8 pieces, $7.95): coming from the US, nearly everything in Canada is expensive and small in portion / quantity. The chicken wings fit that billing here, as these may be the smallest pieces of chicken I have seen qualify as "wings"...but they were good. I'm told the size here is the typical size for chicken wings in Canada... BCAA (or AAA) members get a free drink if they order slices of pre-made pizza in-store. === 3. SERVICE Service was great from greeting to finding me outside when the order was ready sooner than expected (10 mins vs. the promised 15 mins) to payment. Jasprit was able to provide advice and service at or above what one would expect for takeout. === 4. ENVIRONMENT There's limited seating indoors be it for COVID or otherwise, so the shop is really geared for takeout service. Having said that, it's pleasant and relatively new, matching the recent date of construction of the shopping complex. Wheelchairs and baby strollers fit in the shop nicely. I found parking underground next door in the Walmart lot seemed to be the closest when the limited street parking out front was full.

Offen come nice location but during last visit it's so bad experience got sick after eating nd after complaining give another next time but lots of arguments by staff didn't like their way of dealing . She behaved rudely . Never like to see that again.

It is a hit or miss on pizza selection and on customer service. I have had great service as well as non existent service so it really depends who is working behind the counter. The price is cheap for a slice of pizza and it is a nice snack if you are in the area.

This branch is incredibly disorganized and has failed me a few times now. Their online app doesn't let me login (it says my email address belongs to someone else) so I need to order via a browser for starters. From order to delivery typically takes 1h even though they're a 5 minute drive from my home. When I call to inquire about my order they tell me they received no such order, then when you offer to give them the order number, so there's no confusion, they talk over you on the phone and refuse to listen to you. Then they change their story and tell you the driver already delivered (they did not) then, they tell you the driver is still trying to find your home. The pizza arrives half cold and they have the audacity to ask for a tip. I'm glad I never pay in advance online. Truth is, if the drivers would just use Google Maps they'd have no issue. The Dominos Pizza app and staff are much much better. They typically 20-25 mins in my past experience and the app even tells you the progress. Maybe one day Freshslice will learn to study the competition. Until then I'll stick with the competition.
The level of choice here is simple and set at affordable prices. Service was definitely fast for the ready made slices. I think this is because the pizza dough was kinda light and airy so the slice was hot in no time at all. I consider this location better than the top 3 pizza chains on average.
