Hands down the best Freshslice in Vancouver and Richmond, not only is the food always delicious and fresh but it’s the service that makes it! It’s usually the same few girls I see working there and they are so friendly and helpful and seem to be genuinely happy to work there! It's the best fresh slice I know. The service is wonderful. The girl who answers is always very friendly. The place is clean, which is not very common for freshskice. The worst I know is Sabá street in Richmond, as it is dirty, bad service and terrible

For the most part the food and the service are fine but there's one worker there's been some issues.One time the worker tells me there was no feta cheese for the Mediterranean feast right before I pick it up.Another time the worker tells me I can't do 2 varieties on one pizza even though every other franchise location allows this.
