* The braised squab is the most recommended (but it should be grilled), the pumpkin and scallop porridge is also delicious, and the light method of beef louver with ginger, scallion and unexpectedly without the fishy smell of offal is also recommended.* The barbecued pork cake is not too sweet or oily, which is good but I don’t like it in the first place.* Mushroom siomai, chicken feet, turnip cake, rice rolls are pretty good* Teochew rice cakes, I can’t understand the fried bean curd rolls.* The deep-fried dough sticks inside are too soft, so I don’t recommend it.

Been years since we last dined at Gingeri in Lansdowne. We were in the area in January so decided to try them out again.First off, the chiu chow style dumplings were good. They were stuffed with plentiful filling and had a soft and translucent skin.The beef rice roll was ok but thought the rice roll was a bit too thick.The deep fried crab claw with shrimp paste were pretty tiny and served with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce. Nice that you can get it outside of a banquet meal.The steamed mini sticky rice was ok... nothing great or bad... just standard.We did like the book tripe (beef omasum) in green onion and ginger sauce. Big portion and tender.Ended with the baked tapioca pudding with taro. This wasn't that great. The texture was off and didn't have a crispy cookie top and the taro was large pieces as opposed to being mashed.

I had a bite of the baked pudding. It’s so bad that I didn’t have any other bite. I folded the server but he did nothing about it. There was a moth crawling on the table as we were dining. NEVER going there again!!!!

This restaurant is located inside the mall and we came in the morning to order dim sum. There is a wide variety of dim sum which were well made. The har gow was slightly spicy because there was too much white pepper. The congee was also very watered down, and did not resemble congee. The best dishes were probably the siu mai and the baked bbq pork pastries.

The man I talked to as soon as I walked in was rude so I would usually just walk away and not even bother buying food, but I didn't have much time to look for another place and I really thought that food is still good. I was so disappointed. Portion is much less now than before. I ordered noodles with beef and they had 3 small pieces of beef, what a ripoff!
