Need to know what to order here as some of the food was disappointing(fish) and some were good. The fried oyster and tofu was quite tasty. Not too expensive of a restaurant.

You can find very traditional HK dimsum here. Not many restaurants serve those.

Probably the most slept on Dim Sum place in Richmond. Admittedly, the interior leaves lots to be desired, but if you're after old-school authentic flavours and techniques, this is no brainer. Rice rolls are thin, the BBQ pork puff pastry is incredibly delicate and layered, the deep fried Bummalo is highly addictive, and it's always nice to see Cotton Chicken being served at all. Not a single bad bite.

On New Year's Eve, I ordered 2.9 pounds of lobster. It was delivered on a plate and seemed to be a regular dish. I also charged $116.

The service level was high. Five people were having dinner. The manager specially arranged a table for six people. The space between the tables was quite wide and very comfortable. We ordered baked lobster with green onion and raw noodles, shrimp balls with seasonal vegetables, fried fish maw with sweet-scented osmanthus, crispy salt-baked chicken, and bean sprouts soaked in soup. I couldn’t finish it. The salt-baked chicken is very flavorful and crispy, and the other dishes are just right.Parking: The commercial building has two levels of parking but only limited spots which cater to two restaurants. It is hard to find a spot at meal times.

Dim sum was hit and miss. We ordered pork and century egg congee with Yau Tiu on the side . My guess is they didn’t have any fresh ones, so they took an old stale one and deep fried it again until it was completely devoid of moisture. Hard as a rock, and when you bite into it, pools of oil were visible inside.

The food will give you yeet hay, they probably used tons of MSG. Service is very pushy, to the point that they won't leave if you don't take what they offer you from the carts.

SoooOoOOOoooo... I have been here 3 to 4 years ago, and that time, there were a few really Chinese Canton style cuisines around Richmond. Now that I had another round of these restaurants, this is the only one that has maintain their quality as one of the top. All the dishes are served at perfect temperature. Abalone was made with the right texture and firmness. I usually take the chicken rib (back side scapula) to ensure its tenderness, but I ventured into the breast, it too was done well (dispite deep frying). The traditional Canton deep fry crab pincer is now a rare scene that this may be the only place for it, let alone it was done perfectly. The dessert, red bean soup, was the right consistency however, I still see some rice not yet fully emerced, but this is nip-picking really. Service was great, could be due to lower traffic, but never the less. I would suggest some background music to lighten up the atmosphere. With that said, happy days!

I had a great time checking out Golden Paramount Seafood Restaurant for dim sum. The service was very fast and friendly and the food was great. The beef rice rolls was delicious and the congee was great. Definitely would recommend this spot for dim sum.

My husband and I read all the reviews about this restaurant and wanted to eat some authentic Chinese food. We were excited to give them a try.My husband is white and I’m Korean but you’d think we were aliens when we walked into the restaurant. The ENTIRE restaurant stopped and stared at us, and not in a friendly way.In fairness to the restaurant, they did seat us but did nothing to welcome us. So there we sat, feeling very uncomfortable. Then a male patron walked by and very clearly scowled at us.We’ve traveled all over the world, including to Beijing and have NEVER been treated so poorly. Their prices seemed high and there seemed to be no reason for us to push it so we left.
