absolutely terrible service. came to canada for a holiday and thought id give this place a go and it was the worst choice ive ever made.not only was the staff AND management rude but im very sure i saw rodents running around.unfriendly and unhygienic. would not recommend and wish i could leave 0 star review.

Had a mediocre experience at this location. The food was okay overall, I quite enjoyed the corn dogs, but outside of this, it felt like our chips were stale and taco shells over cooked. I had mixed feelings with the service, we waited quite long (left our name, came back an hour later) when there was plenty of seating available, our waitress was doing her best but it seemed like they were short staffed because people were waiting by the door for way too long before anyone noticed them, I saw many people just walk away frustrated. It is a beautiful location right by the water, and it has a lot of potential, but they really need to sort out their staffing and customer service.

We arrived half an hour before happy hour ended and were seated, but nobody attended to us until a nice looking gentleman introduced himself and provided excellent service. His name was Jose.We felt like we were at a 5-star restaurant due to the exceptional service he provided to our family.The food was delicious, and the drinks and beers were on point.We had 2 kids, and he brought their food out first without us even having to ask.Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back

Food is good. I have been there twice in the last month and one day they said they would message us as we were on the waiting list and waited over 1 and half and they admitted something went wrong and took care of us. The second time they put us on the list and we went back in half to make sure the same thing didn't happen and we waited about 5 minutes and we just left as no one even approached us at the front desk. Location is great I wish the service was better.

Friendly staff. It was an hour wait and we were seated in 45 minutes. Happy hour was a nice menu and the beer selection was tasty. The patio had a nice view.
The service is not good and we had issues with the reservation line. The drinks are very good and the food is reasonably.

Came in for lunch with my kids & was served by the young bartender Liam. Liam was fantastic. Cool, calm, collected and funny. He joked with my kids and made sure they had fun children’s drinks.!! Liam was Attentive and kind. We had lemon pepper fries, kids quesadilla that came with homemade taco chips that were amazing. I had the Cobb salad which had blue cheese on it, And NO Craisins! Thank God. I don’t know why or who started putting Craisins on Cobb salads, but stop. LolWe had a fantastic time. The view is beautiful and it has a great upbeat atmosphere. Thank you for your fantastic service Liam! We will be back soon because of you!!!!

I purchased tickets on line for comedy night on January 25th 2024 with 3 girlfriends. The comics were funny and very engaging with the crowd and at the end the comics came over to thank us for coming. We definitely will be back if this comedy night happens again.
