Food was decent and place was clean. But service was really poor and waitress was rude. The prices are on the higher end so certainly not justified.

I recommend the pineapple buns,The service is transactional but the food makes up for it, I've been 3 times now.Hong Kong style coffee is great as well if you like it sweet.Add chicken stake to any bun for $5.All menus have two sides with different cuisine styles.Clean interior, affordable, yum.Vegetarian options: Customize orders, plenty of options without meat.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor.

Mediocre at best food charged dim sum restaurant rate. Menu pricing extremely confusing. Expect about $20 per order. Go to Kirin instead at this price or practically anything else in Richmond. Server refused to let our party of 3 sit at booth seat even though it and another booth seat remained empty throughout our stay, and they let another party of 4 occupy a huge round table.Used to be good decades ago at old location near Richmond center.

The soup and rice I had were really fine and the portions were big where I ended up bringing the rest home. I really enjoyed eating here and I will come again with friends and family.Parking: They have plenty of parking which you don't have to worry

Their 焗豬扒飯 was below average compared to other 茶餐廳. Service was typical of a Chinese 茶餐廳. The tables are quite spacious, which was nice for the family. They had a baby change station in the accessible bathroom. They had kids cutlery. The men's bathroom was quite dirty. No credit card, but they do take debit.Kid-friendliness: Baby station change. Kids cutlery. Spacious tables.

back after 2 years. Food quality went way down. We just had breakfast and everything was just badly prepared compared before. My friend said the same thing. Service was ok since is not packed. How is it possible I got an overcooked scramble egg is crazy!

Classic Cantonese HK fares at fast food speeds, and open even on snow days. What’s not to like.
