The (old) lady at frontdesk is sooooo rude, worst reception experience ever. She pissed many ppl off rush hours at Lunar New Year's eve. She simply refused to communicate and help with delayed orders. You can find other folks complaining about her in their comments as well.All dishes are like pre prepared dishes, pork kidney tastes weird, too soft to believe it is fresh. Low quality rice as well, tastes so bad. Will never visit again.

When I went there with my family, we ordered a Peking duck. We waited for 30 mins and went to ask the waiters where our duck was. They said it was coming next but they gave it to the people who came 1 hour after us. We then waited another 1 hour but didn’t get it so we told them to cancel the duck. When we paid for our meal, they forgot to take out to the duck price. Do not recommend.
