I planned to come here with two friends at 12PM, there were 17 tables waiting ahead of us and the wait time was about an hour and half. Make sure to make a reservation if you don’t want to wait that long! When we got in, we were greeted by the staff to our tables. A little loud, but it is expected with families around. Food quantity was very good and very filling. The staff came a few times to refill our soup hot pot base which was very nice. You can make your own sauce at the sauce area and get small desserts if there are any at the time when you come. We stayed about three hours and when we asked for the bill, it came with ice cream for each of us. We came during happy hour so there was a 25% discount. We each paid $40 including Tips. Fun place to be around.

We ordered Monday to Thursday lunch special $39.99 for two person.Very good quality of food. The combo has meats, seafoods and vegetables. Also comes with noodles and ice cream at the end. Unlimited sauce refills and fruit refills.There is a short line up before 11:30pm when it’s open. But there is lot of tables so no much of a wait.

Seafood platter was good for the price. It's not as expensive as other hotpot places but the wait can be really crazy, I think the online system isn't working properly to cue in line. They gave late night deals after 8pm. Didn't find the service or host that helpful. Best is the free parking and melona popsicles!
The stars are for the food only. They have a waitlist list and a reservation list. We were first in line on the waitlist for almost 2 hours before being seated. Been to the Burnaby location before which I much prefer and recommend to this location and also as it is an AYCE whereas this location was not. The hostesses were nice but the servers not so much. You order from an ipad to which no one explained the process it was just there on our table when we were seated and they just come and serve what you ordered without uttering a single word to us. No server greeted us nor asked us how everything was not even once during our stay. Waited at least 15mins to finally have someone give us our receipt. Also, they charged us $3/person for the sauces and dessert bar without letting us know prior to (Burnaby location does not charge for sauces nor for the other buffet style items including the desserts) what irk me more was they charged our 1 yo son this! Will not recommend nor come back to this location.

Always our go to for comforting hot pot. Can’t go wrong with Happy Lamb. We got there at 8 pm so we got the special $3.99 beef and lamb dishes amongst other items. This location is the biggest one I’ve been to so far!
