Ridiculous long waiting time. POWER OUT after we ordered. No one told us that the kitchen DIDN’T work but they STILL took order! We waited for another 20 minutes and the waitress told us that they couldn’t serve food only until we asked. No apology. No explanation. Would NEVER EVER come here AGAIN.

it was so great experience. BBQ pork Bun was the best and the kids also liked special prawn dumpling and flat rice noodles. will come back to try the dinner menu.

10% discount on everything , I think. They recently changed their Chinese name to 福興樓 although the signs bearing the previous name has not been replaced so it feels like you went to 鴻毛 . Food is in good portion. Good value for all the dim sum in general. Their menu is extensive. If you like spicy or Szechuan , you won’t be disappointed as there are a lot of spicy choices. Parking lot in front is quite small (25-30 cars max) and stalls are very narrow. We like their deep fried crispy tofu cubes, crispy tofu wrap with fish paste, and the pan fried black cod with soy sauce

Never I repease NEVER come here for dinner unless you want to get overcharged here intentionally. Always check your bill because they are quite sneaky in graciously charging people extra( I know most restaurant do but this place is very obvious). Huge scam. Stay Away.

Service is very rude sometimes. But the dim sum has been amazing. Larger than average serving size, priced around $7-8 per item (after the 12% discount). So I keep coming back. Just ignore the service and eat your food.
