Really nice hotpot restaurant. I loved the Wagyu beef, so delicious! The selection was pretty good. The only minor thing I would say is their dessert selection is lacking. Aside from that everything was superb!

Went there with a friend and no one greeted us at the door. We rang the electric bell, and were within earshot of a server who wasn’t doing anything, and he didn’t even turn to face us. He ignored us and kept his attention to the other customers. Everyone in the restaurant was Chinese, while my friend and I were not. We ended up leaving the restaurant, never having the chance to try the food, and feeling discriminated against. Luckily, from the recent low reviews, we didn’t miss out on much except a possible 1.5 hour wait for food.

Despite there being only three kinds of meat for $38/ person AYCE hotpot. It was an excellent deal. The meats were fresh shaved to order. There were many other items to choose from on two long tables.

Junk shop used to attract us to spend through activities and said it would give away things. Now it has changed its owner and it is all invalid. The food is getting more and more unpalatable. Lightning protection.

We ordered the deluxe sashimi - the sashimi are mediocre - hamachi was fresh, amaebi was really small, takowasa was not authentic, tuna was not fresh. For the meat - lamb beef and pork are passable. Black cod slices was good. The buffet bar’s selection was limited, and choices were nothing special. Vegetable choices were disappointing. We ordered drinks - plum sour juice was extremely sweet. All in all, I don’t think I would recommend this buffet especially for this price.

I tried their all-you-can-eat option for the first time and it was a great experience. The ambiance of the room was pleasant, and they served fresh and delicious seafood sashimi that was truly satisfying. The variety of food and drinks they offer are definitely worth trying, whether you're dining with friends or family. Additionally, they have three VIP rooms, each equipped with a private washroom for added convenience and privacy.Parking: Easy to find a parking ?️

The unlimited selections were good, but the dipping sauce was kinda bland for our taste. Even the soy sauce tasted light. Although, we really liked the chicken broth that came with the hotpot.

I made a reseevation for CNYE dinner and when I arrived, the hostess was really confused and did not have any tablr ready. We waited for anothet 20 min before we got seated. When i was putting out order theough, I was told the $38 option is not available during dinner. When asked where is the literature for this , I was told there was none. It's not in their website or the menu. The restaurant was also really disorganized and kept giving us wrong items, I flagged them down over 5 times to bring back the wrong order on various instances. On one occasion when I ordered the Hamachi, they brought a totally different fish and basically lied to my face that it was the correct fish type. The beef was very touch and the waygu is so tough that and it taste worse than regular beef from the super market.Overall I would not recommend this place or go back. There are much better hot pot space in the neighborhood such as Dollar Shop, Gokudo and etc. This place is not worth the trouble.

We went with the 2nd tier ayce hotpot with sashimi. Unfortunately, you cannot order just salmon sashimi. Every order comes with 5 to 6 other types of sashimi, and they are extremely small portions (Literally, I could fit all the sashimi from one order in my mouth if I tried). Honestly, just save your money and go to T&T and buy a couple boxes of frozen hotpot meat, and then go to Banzai Sushi/Samurai sushi for some sashimi... it's pretty much the same thing for half the price.

We chose the $58/person for AYCE. We ordered 10 plates of Wagyu but one plate came. We asked our server, he said it's up to the kitchen to prepare the portions. We ordered 5 pieces of sashimi and received a big serving. We added 8 more, then received a smaller portion and it just went downhill from there. The Amaebi was not fresh but leaves after taste in your mouth. The wagyu was not as tender as we'd hoped, they taste like regular beef slices. The server did not answer our question about wagyu beef, but hurried off. We ordered all-you-can drink plum juice and barley tea; the server brought two pitchers without telling us which is which. We asked for clarification, the server took a taste test but even he can't tell. The service was slow, unfriendly. The manager was yawning when serving our dish. He collected the used plates and splashed sauce on my friend. It was unpleasant, unprofessional and not worthwhile. We will not return again and we do not recommend this place.

They seriously need to do better with their messy OpenTable reservation system. A waste of time to even look.

this place scammed their customers! I used to be a loyal customer for many years. They sold us a VIP card saying for future any bills can be 22% off. and so we bought it for $100, thinking we come here all the time so its worth it. We purchased the card end of Oct, they said we can only start using it in Nov. We only get to use it once. then in Dec they put out the AYCE menu suddenly. WHICH you cannot use the VIP card with that menu!!!!! and that is the ONLY menu you can choose. We tried it out last night, and the soup base we used to love is sukiyaki, its SOOO tasteless compare to before, its taste like just water with a little soy sauce. They replaced the entire menu, they no longer have the quality pork meat, (only one pork dish to choose from), they also took all the quality shrimp paste and cuttlefish paste. The meat balls are NO LONGER the same. they are now using cheap fish and meat balls from t&t. Lastly, the sauce bar has NO satay sauce!!!!! i have never encounter a hot pot restaurant has no satay sauce to supply!!!! it was extremely disappointed, all the quality items we used to love are all gone. and now we are stuck with a VIP card that does not do us anything!!! this is a huge SCAM!!! we paid $100 for the freaking card. and its useless! i am considering reporting to consumers association of canada for this!! They used to have a very comfortable enviorment for dining. but its now turned into a terrible experience. They rushed you from the beginning when they assigned you your table, without even giving you a chance to look at the menu, they will rush you to order the soup base ASAP, and then when you order second round, they take forever to bring you the second round food. then they take away all your plates and chopsticks when its not even the 2 hours yet.

I had high expertisons for this place but it was the weirdest experience today. Our soup broth arrived incorrectly and we had to send the soup base back. We ordered three plates of wagyu beef which we waited for 1 hour. We asked the server a status update and she never came back. Upon asking another server, he mentioned that the order was placed wrong so we would have to wait another 10 minutes . Ultimately, an hour and a half into our dining , no meat served , we elected to pay our bill. 84$ for soup broth and some veggies and poor service. Definitely not worth it. Head over to XLK, Hai Di Lao , Dollar hey or even Shabu Shabu. Don't come here.

Today we had a very disappointed experience with the Black Friday promotion during happy hour. we had made a reservation at 2pm, arrived on time. Unfortunately the half price seafood platter that was one of the biggest promotions for BF was out of stock (not sold out!!), so we ended up picking other items on their regular menu. Surprisingly, 2 of their signature soup base were out of stock and we weren't told until we started getting our sauce. few items that we wanted to pick on their regular menu was also not available neither. Their menu was quite limited to begin with, so it was hard to pick what we really wanted because the ones we planned to pick were all not available. The staff did apologized but we had no choice but to leave with an empty stomach. Won't be going back again
