This place is an absolute family favourite of mine! When you walk in you’re greeted with professional staff who take care of you. The food is phenomenal, if you’re a pasta lover, search no more. I highly highly recommend their alfredo with shrimp added, it’s the perfect combination and is so filling. 9/10!Parking: There is a decently large parking lot just out in front of the restaurant, you should have any problems finding parking unless it’s a very busy night.

It was a quick decision to try this place based on a relatively good rating. Our experience was not impressive. The complimentary bread and butter came, basically, frozen - first time in my life! The calamari appetizer consists mostly of the small calamari crumbs. The pizza was just OK - nothing special. Our servant was not attentive. It was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

I’m part Italian, so maybe I’m simply used to eating good pasta, but the food here was mediocre at best. I shared three different pasta dishes with some friends, and none were very good. In addition, each dish was served cold. The bread given to us before our meal was also cold. The butter would not even spread onto the bread. Everything tasted as though it had been sitting out for a while. I kept an open mind coming to this restaurant, but my low expectations were undoubtedly met. This place is extremely overrated.

Extremely disappointed! I ordered the Pollo Ala Divola through Doordash. The chicken came completely burnt!! Do not recommend!!

Was a birthday surprise from a friend. Was totally fantastic, enough food for my lunch the next day!Parking: The parking spaces where not marked very well. The lines need to be painted. Didnt realize I was in 2 spots until afterwards.

Service is a bit slow but the foods good and the portions are relatively big. However I think they downsized their portions a bit from a few months ago. Also when I first started coming here, they would always offer complimentary bread but now they never offer it and it’s annoying to have to ask.

Watch out for the $7 “open food” charge for adding cream to my pasta.. Seriously a terrible experience at this Italian restaurant! The owner is incredibly unaccommodating and seems to have no interest in customer satisfaction. Any attempt to make a simple request is met with excuses and blame-shifting onto the customer. The lack of accountability for mistakes made our dining experience a complete disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and choose a restaurant that values its customers. Had an 8 top table and couldnt add 2 seats on the end at a half empty restaurant. “Was told it was full” but by the end of the meal the restaurant was still half empty.

Popular Italian food, the price is great, and the taste is good. Because there are many customers, you need to make a reservation in advance.

If you want Olive Garden quality without the fun atmosphere and free salad and breadsticks, this is the place for you. FYI, no included desserts for birthdays.

Large portions, great quality. Good service but could be a little more prompt with getting us water. Also, found that the bread they served was not warm.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Italian Tomato and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance set the tone for a delightful evening. The service was impeccable – attentive and polite. What truly stood out, besides the delicious food, was the staff's genuine passion for hospitality. Mireya went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, making us feel truly valued as guests.Italian Tomato exceeded expectations in every aspect – a perfect blend of exquisite cuisine, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I can't wait to return!

I got food poisoning from this restaurant. I came with family and ordered a few pastas and pizzas.Given the price of these items, you'd expect big portions (and they were) but Italian Tomato misses out on these points:- Instead of offering freshly-grated parmesan like other 'authentic' Italian restaurants I've been to, our server sprinkled it on top of the pastas from a side dish using a spoon.- The cheese on the pizzas don't taste like authentic mozzarella as they claim.. there's a tinge of sweetness that I can't wrap my finger around- The Napoletana pasta was overly saltyHowever, the worst part of this experience was having food poisoning that night."Are you sure it wasn't what you had earlier in the day?"I'm 100% sure. The food was stuck in my digestive system about 15 mins after I finished eating, and the symptoms of food poisoning started to emerge: vomiting, diarrhea, body aches, light-headedness.I was bedridden for two days so I don't think I'll ever come here again.

This is a great value family dining establishment. When you want to eat standard Italian dishes with large portions.
