So...I order:2 piece meal, instead of fries I order onion rings, small coleslaw on side and it comes with a Pepsi.What I get:2 piece chicken, onion rings, fries, no coleslaw.I advised I had ordered it, she said I didn't...well....I'm perfectly capable of speaking English loudly and clearly....she obviously has zero understanding of the English language. Said I can purchase coleslaw after I already had my other food. Yea, cause now I'm going to wait while my food gets cold. Sure.It would probably be a good idea for management here to hire people who can communicate...that means LISTENING AND COMPREHENDING.It's pretty simple.Will never order here again.

By far the worst kfc location ive unfortunately stumbled across. Let me begin. 1 cashier is more concerned with taking orders rather than filling them. Made a recommendation to try onion rings i thought he said. He did not apparently. The change was to put some weird orange sauce and 2 onion rings along with pickles on my big crunch sandwich instead of what i thought he said in garbled mumbled english to substitute fries for onion rings. Nevermind that i have bad reactions with pickles so garbage it went. Thanks for the recommendation. I would go back but after working all day and driving home 20 minutes i will not be going to drive another 40 minutes round trip and wait 20 minutes for said replacement meal. Im out 20 bucks or so but i now know to never ever go here for anything ever again. Hopefully others do not make the same mistake. Tbh 7 11 chicken is better anyways these days. I was feeling nostalgic. Im over that now lol

I often order from this location with Uber Eats and the chicken has always come hot and fresh. Appreciate the free cookie as well and definitely my go to location for ordering.

I ordered a 4 pieces combo with fires and a soda for my child. It is almost $17 with tax. Among these 4 pieces, 3 of those are just bone with the batter. It is a con! Absolute garbage!! The fires was cold too. We will never order KFC in this Lansdown Mall location.

It’s a small cosy kfc ,you may have to wait around 6-7 minutes however all the sandwiches are hot and fresh and the fried chicken is juicy…I highly recommend this place…
My wife had the plant based chicken sandwich and foung it okay. Service was a little slow.

Went home to realize half of the meal I paid for was missing.Feel like I was scammed by this place. Sounds like they do this on purpose to scam people as other reviews had this issue before too.I came and paid for fried chicken, and did not receive any of the chicken drumsticks I paid for.
