‼ ️?SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!! My dad ordered a cake (Hazelnut flavor) for Valentine's day. We ate the cake on the same day and it was extremely hard, crumbly, dry, tasteless, and bitter. We suspect they forgot to add sugar. My dad also got food poisoning the morning after. Customer service was also horrible. When my mom went back to the store and complained, the owner DENIED everything but was very hesitant with the way she spoke. SHE HAD THE AUDACITY to tell my mom to taste the cake again and make sure she's correct. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. For your own sake and health, please DO NOT purchase from this bakery. The audacity they have to deny and not apologize is outrageous. Horrible customer service. Don't take the risk and save yourself trouble.‼ ️? Super disappointed! ! ! ! Their products are good. They are only accept cash. This is not a problem. I bought three packs of BbQ buns each pack have two pieces and 2 pieces of tuna buns. All together 8 pieces. They insisted to ask me to pay GST. They said there were only 5 pieces of products not 6. I did not argue with them and only had to pay them with GST in cash.

Nice presentation bland taste.Anything from Whole Foods or Thomas Haas is wayyyyyyy better.Most cakes are the same plain flavour just different icing and color. Very disappointing.

I bought 2 individual cake for a birthday. We we were about to eat it but noticed it was very dry and kind of smells funny. To our surprise we found both cake filled with mold… absolutely disgusting. Who knows how long they just sit there and they still sell to customers. Never going back again.

Purchased one of the individual cakes in the fridge around noon - the chocolate truffle roll cake. The cake was extremely dry and fell apart. The truffle chocolate was good but very thick and heavy. For $6 a piece, it was disappointing and I do not recommend. I've purchased their full size cakes before and they were better.
