I wanted to grab a ready to go cake and noticed the menu had no prices. The only one available was a 6" mango cake (which I had to ask the price for) was -- drumroll-- $98. Yes you heard that right $98 and it didn't look any better than Maxims or St. Germain. I am convinced that the lady just jacked up the price knowing I needed a cake right away. Thank goodness I left without hesitation because reading the other reviews now, that cake would have been epically disappointing. I got a $30 cake instead across the street from H Mart, way better lol. Nice try mango fraudma

Sparse selection of bakery items available. Egg tarts tasted good but not enough filling.$18 for 4 egg tarts and 2 pineapple buns... pricey?

Still the best mango dessert in town, with Cantonese Coffee

This is by far the best dessert place I’ve tried in Richmond, the dessert and soup are decent & tasty.

We had the mango sago. The small size was bigger then expected. I liked the sweet mango chunks in the drink and thought overall the drink was nicely infused with mango flavor. We also had the snowy mango fluffy ice. My daughter thought there was wasn’t enough mango flavor to the dessert and that the mango chunks were sweet but no mango flavor.

Had a pretty good tasting mango coconut drink. This review however isn't about the drink, it's about the pricing and the suspect business practice where they hide the pricing of many of their items on their menu (including pictured item). I guess can always see online but the menu that contained the ordered drink and other items only provided pictures and descriptions. I have a good idea of why that may be...2 large mango coconut sago drinks costed $32 CAD. That is outrageous. The drinks were fine and all but that's so expensive I would highly recommend no one go to this establishment. Many other reviews mention exact same issue of ridiculous pricing for other menu items as well.No idea if this place is a money laundering front or whatever (joke), but yeah I thought maybe I had ordered something else, perhaps a large dessert with this drink and a few other items since I was caught off guard by the cost. But nope just a 16-20 ounce drink.A Whole Mango is nearby at Yao Han center and a similar drink is less than half the cost and probably just as good if not better. In fact you can buy 4 coconut mango drinks for only a few dollars more than one large at Mango Mama.If you want to be robbed, go here. If you don't, go anywhere else. I am not the type to write negative reviews or many reviews in general, so this is really saying something. Probably should be a 1 star reviewPlease just lower your prices to be more in line with competition, and or make your portions and quality incredibly good if you're going to be charging trillions of dollars for basic drinks.

I came to Mango Mama, because a friend we met here in Canada told us that Mango Mama carries Lido Restaurant's famous pineapple buns with butter while Lido is closed for remodeling. Beside the pineapple buns, we ordered egg tart, the Snowy Mango Fluffy Ice, and durian fluffy ice. Everything was delicious. Athough the crust of the egg tart can be more fluffy. It's late night. It might be better when it was freshly made. I loved the way the shaved ice was so fluffy and soft. I also love the mango boba.

I ordered two drinks of mango polemo sago, wait there for almost 20 mins, then the staff came to me secretly and asked me "do u want coconut milk sago?"I replied "but I ordered mango polemo sago "Then she said ".... Making it... "(She mumbled behind the mask, so I can only make out the word "making it")So I said "thank u"Then she brought two drinks of coconut milk sago to me, then a couple of seconds later she brought me a brown bag with egg tart inside, and told me "don't let anyone know"Now I have questions marks all over my head..... (Why??)Then I asked her "where is my mango polemo sago?"She pointed to those two coconut milk sago and egg tart.I said "um.... I want mango polemo sago...."Then she grabbed all three items then ran back to the kitchen without any explanation. So I waited for another 10 mins, and finally got my mango polemo sago....Still no explanation about why she did all that strange behaviour.....The only explanation I can think about is... The kitchen made the wrong drink, and the staff didn't want to admit it, because their boss might ask them to pay for the mistakes..... So I pushed it to me (the customer) to solve the problem.....Very bad business practice from my point of view.....

Happened to be in the area and chose this place over next door because they accept credit cards. We had their signature mango desserts with fluffy shaved ice and mango......omg! So good, they had mango balls that pops in your mouth with mango juice gushing out...totally not expected. Def come back again. 2 staffs there tonight, one was super nice and the other one didn't want to have anything to do with us. Updates: went back the third time last night and ordered Durian Saigo M2 on the menu, amazingly good. They were generous with the amount of durian put into the Saigo....wow can't get enough desserts from this place. The service was really good. Enjoyed it so much, I'll be sharing it with all my friends.

good quality desserts. i reccommend their mango milkshake. the only downside is that the staff can be rude at times and it does take a while to arrive. i reccommend ordering delivery instead of going in person.

I can't remember the name of what we had - mango ice cream in a pool of mango puree, fresh mango chunks and mochi balls - but it was delicious!

I got the A2, which is the mango sago with coconut milk. Thank god I only order the small size, 2/3 of the whole bowl was filled with diluted coconut milk. The mango itself only had less than 10 small pieces. 14 dollar for this quality and quantity is just unreasonable. The whole bowl seemed super empty, and it really is not just worth it. I’d rather get my own mango and coconut, and could possibly get myself 4 full bowl of the same thing. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!
