We arrived within 5 minutes of the restaurant opening and it was already 2/3 full. The white tablecloth was obviously dirty but nothing was done about it. A menu was dropped off to us and it turned out we were to fill out how many of which items we wanted then hand the menu to a server. (We always enjoy looking at food items on a cart and choosing that way. Maybe this is a post Covid thing?) Food was ok but unremarkable and delivered in a sporadic fashion. Unfortunately an after taste lingered for some hours afterward. We will look to other places when next in Richmond, but we will have to contend with 11 am openings everywhere else.

The food quality and taste went downhills. It used to be very good, but not any more. My wife I and visit this location for beef and shrimp rice rolls. The food quality was very poor, all three rice rolls glued together and hard to separate. The beef and shrimp sizes were so small. The food tasted like home made. The service was poor. The cashier said they would accept cash only. When we checked out, we gave them all the cash that we have, but the cashier insisted for more tips. We were surprised to hear that she would accept credit card for the tips. We would NEVER come back again for home made type of food with plain flavour.

Super fresh and tasty rice rolls. The rice noodle is so thin, I think they make the layers of noodle only when you order it. Casual hidden restaurant but the service was friendly and attentive compared to most authentic Asian restaurants. Cash or Debit card. First time there. We had shrimp chives rice rolls, corn spam egg rice roll, fish congee, noodle soup, dough sticks, and soy milk. All perfectly cooked. Even the kids were happy. We will definitely be back.

They will force you to pay certain percent of tips,if u pay with credit card even
Really bad customer service. I ordered online and accidentally used the wrong credit card. Called them and asked to cancel since I needed to use the other credit card. They said no and hung up on me.When we picked up our order, they did not give us all items we paid for, thankfully we checked before leaving.As for the prices, most items cost more than the surrounding Rice roll restaurants - which also have better reviews. Shrimp and chives rice rolls and sliced fished rice rolls were good. The scallop and chives rolls tasted overly fishy and not fresh. Side note, they did not put chives in the rolls that were supposed to have chives, they put lettuce. Spring rolls and curry fish balls were overpriced for the tiny amount you recieved.All in all, that was probably the rudest customer service I've ever recieved and will not be recommending them or returning again. Please considering treating your customers with more respect.

We visited twice for dim sum and once for dinner. Service good to excellent depending on how busy the restaurant was. Dim sum items can be good to excellent. The chicken with black truffles andcthe fried fish skin were excellent. Beef stomach and tendon was very good. The crispy skin pork leg was not crispy but ok. The congee with fish and scallop was good but a bit too much msg. Chicken with fish maw was good. The pan fried fish cakes were very good. Enjoyed our dinner with very good service and food. We had the seafood lettuce wrap and the 3 item hot pot with scallops, tofu and eggplant.

These are best rice rolls I've had in Richmond. The beef, scallop, and shrimp is my favorite. I like that they give you extra sauce. The hong Kong coffee is very good too. I tried the spring rolls and while they were good, it was nothing outstanding. The service was quick and the food came out pretty fast. The seating is a little tight, but it's clean. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely return.

This place is delicious! I got the spicy wontons, homemade chicken wings, pot rice, rice roll with Chinese donut, and the beef brisket roll. The food portions were good ?. They accept debit, cash, and more! Also the staff can speak Cantonese and madarin. I love comming here!

The rice rolls are mediocre and the sauce is just soy sauce water, which is not delicious and is not the authentic boiled rice rolls.Instead of swiping a credit card, I asked for cash or a debit card. After paying in cash and proactively offering change as a tip, the clerk directly said that the tip was not enough!!Surprised. . . . Won't go again
