Customer service bad.Today I took a break after walking from home to this favorite place for a coffee and muffin as I had lunch before my walk. The cashier Aron had show me his unpleasant look when i gave him money in changes and he checked almost every coin to see if they are real. Not one single greeting he said to me not to mention no thank you words at all. He looked rude and irrespectful to Mcdonalds' customer. No respect to senior is bad. Quite an unpleasant experience today at this place which I have been going in for 30 years.
I need a 0 point for this location. We had a take out order and then when we got home and found out they didn't give us the double cheeseburger we ordered. So we called them, the staff gave me really bad attitude and hang up on me when I asked for the manager. So we drove back to the restaurant, the manger remade everything. But when we got home we found that they didnt put in the sauce for the chicken nuggets or any ketchup for the fries. what a joke!!

I and my three kids went to this McDonald to eat just now.I ordered through APP and kids would like to pick up the orders .My younger daughter fell and splashed three cups of orange juice to the floor. It was very messy. I reported it to the counter and asked for help. Chrys and Patrick acted immediately with patience , understanding and courtesy.They cleaned the wet area, set up slippery warning signage and gave us another new three cups of orange juice, which was really a good surprise.Thank you Chrys and Patrick for making our experience still a good one although kids were upset at the first place.
I bought a hot fudge via drive tru. The staff handed my hot fudge without napkin. I mean, this is basic. Don't wait until the customer asks for it.

I visited this place on Jan 21 2024 at 2.30 pm. The food serving girl was sneezing and mucus was flowing out and as she was delivering my coffee and burget across the counter, her sneezed on to my food package which was open snd gave me. I denied it , and she abruptly threw food in yo garbage without apology and did not give ne another burger.
