I thought all Neptune were the same. I will not come here again. The food selection is not great. It’s way over priced. The food was not delicious. Service was okay. Nothing special about this place. Eat somewhere else before you go to the outlet. It’s a ripped off. Or go to Neptune in Surrey place mall. Way better value for what you get.

To be fair, the ramen wasn’t bad last time I came but today’s service deserved0 / 10Snobbish waitress ignored my question about the size of a dessert. I repeated a few times. Instead of answering such a simple question, she gave me bad eyes and said “Ten dollars minimum to dine in. Anything else?”This is unreasonable given half of the tables were empty.Neptune Wonton Noodle should train their servers with basic customer service skills. Otherwise the restaurant can do much better by replacing judgmental servers with a robot.

Paid 25.50 for 6 pieces of roasted pork and 6 pieces of soy chicken and dry noodles. Taste was so so but obviously serving was really small. Worth a try but its a bit pricey for the amount of food they serve.

Presentation, taste, and meat-to-carbs ratio were something expected from a food court instead of a full-service restaurant.This restaurant charges a mandatory 12% service fee, but on the flip side, you do not need to tip.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant yesterday. The server seemed a bit rude and didn't give us much attention, didn't really listen to us. To add to that, when we received our bill, a 12% gratuity had already been included, even though there were just two of us. The service was really bad and the food was not that good either. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant. It's a shame that customers are required to tip. The total for two noodle soups and dumplings came to almost $50! Maybe they are rude because tip or the service charge is already included

The chain of Neptune restaurants are scammers, over charging and exaggerating on the portion so they can charge more. Definitely not returning to any of their restaurants.
Rubbish hotel, 15% after-tax tips are automatically added to the checkout, there is no service, even the water is made by yourself, the food is just brought over, and it tastes really bad.

I want to help people to AVOID COMING into this place!We received poor service from the moment we entered the restaurant, which made us feel very uncomfortable while dining. The whole experience was awkward, and we regretted very badly choosing this place!I mean, why bother having a restaurant when it seems like they hate people or whatever!If you want to enjoy a good dining time with your family, I would suggest you find somewhere else!

Distasteful service and rude/awkward staff ! I went to order takeout as my toddler loves to eat soup so it sounded like a good idea but I was WRONG ! From the moment we mentioned it was one order soup they said we couldn't dine in and gave us dirty looks (even tho it was empty ) so we said it was okay and opted for takeout.. so we took our takeout and went to sit outside in the cold to the empty tables and not too long after staff came outside to say we couldn't sit there.. after we paid? ! Make it make sense ! There’s way more restaurants out there that are 5/5s don’t make the same mistake as me … I barely write reviews but I would hate for people to spend their hard earned money on a place that treats you like you’re garbage …
