The place has changed significantly. There might have been a shift in the chef or management, as the noodles I recently ordered twice were entirely different from what I enjoyed a few years ago.I used to frequent this establishment when I lived nearby, considering it the best Taiwanese beef noodle in GVA. However, upon my recent return, I found the quality to be mediocre. The soup now has an overpowering spice, and the brisket is different, lacking tenderness.Even the fried dishes have seen a change in seasoning. Previously, they used a classic blend of salt, pepper, and garlic. Now, it seems to be a mix of salt, pepper flakes, and a heavy dose of MSG.

Another great place for popcorn chicken and beef noodle. We will be coming back to try their other items. Staff were friendly and food came out fast. Their Thai Ice Tea was AMAZING!!

Food had absolutely zero flavour. It was like eating boiled hot water with noodles. No broth flavour or saltiness. I had to ask for salt several times. Service was pretty horrible here too. The waiter was rude to us and told us that our tip wasn’t enough. She demanded more money and then called a man from the back to talk bad about us right in front of our eyes. The hot and sour soup smelled not the greatest and the food was not worth the prices listed (almost $16 for noodles i could boil myself at home). No wonder this place was empty

My brother has a ton allergies to food ( egg, fish, peas, etc.) We went today and had several dishes and the server was so kind, friendly and accommodating to his allergies. We really appreciate that, plus the food is delicious and the atmosphere is so chill and relaxing. Great place to grab a meal and lots of different options. The popcorn chicken and fried pork with rice in particular was so crispy and flavorful! Good value and size dishes. We will deffs come back again

The service was good, the server was good and asked about our dietary needs and restrictions. Although they don’t have many vegetarian or halal options.I got Hot and Sour noodle soup. The presentation was very nice and plating was pretty. It came very fast too, about 10 minutes after we ordered. The soup itself was very delicious, it was also oily. The noodles were very bland though. But I had a very good experience with the service and the low atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Hot and Sour soupDietary restrictions: HalalVegetarianSikh Diet

WOW. They put a special something in the broth. Beef was soft and melty. Deep fried pork had a perfect crispy salty texture. The chicken was perfectly fresh and juicy. Definitely coming back!

Great spot with best Taiwan beef noodle soup in Richmond. The snacks are very good as well, like the fried chicken and pork chops. Not sure why this place isn’t busier, but seems like they get quite a bit of take out business.

Not the best TBN we've had in the lower mainland, but good enough. We also ordered the fried chicken and rice combo, which was delicious according to our kids. Can't go wrong with chicken and rice! The XLB wasn't as tasty, so forego this one if you come here. Hubby also ordered the deep fried squid tentacles which he devoured, so try that when you go. What really surprised us was the mango slush! Real mango taste and their sweetness level is perfect! Not too sweet, just like how asians typically like it. Lots of people seem to order takeout/delivery as its location is in the downtown Richmond area.

I don't really like the restaurant atmosphere, we went there in the day time, the whole room looks dark and stale, so, feel not clean.. washroom light was hardly seeable....It's not good for a restaurant has such kind of interior design.Food was okay, we both order deep fried chicken with rice combo, they don't even bother to put deep fried chicken on the side. Whole meal was mix up side dish and rice and fried chicken on top of them in one plate. This place can't even compare with other Taiwanese beef noodle restaurant. ??

Very hygienic place. Clean and maintained. They have good options if you’re looking for a nice dinner or just a snack. Affordable and is open until late compared to other noodle places.

Ordered the spicy sesame and pork dry noodles and they were incredibly salty and oily. My fiance ordered the same thing but not spicy and hers was even saltier. She couldn't even finish her food. There was only one server working at the time we came in and she fell asleep behind the counter twice during our visit. A customer who came in actually had to wake her up to recieve service. There was a tv in the dining area which was not turned on, and there was no music playing at all which made the atmosphere awkwardly silent. Menu is priced pretty averagely for the type of food available but I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon.

Food was tasteless and $75 for 2 bowls of noodles and a bowl of rice is way overpriced

Taiwanese spicy beef noodle (thick noodle) is a must try. It is small and decent restaurant with positive vibes. Great for warming up in a rainy day.

This used to be one my favourite places to go until recently, one trip into the washroom suddenly changed my mind the washroom was absolutely filthy dirty which in turn made me think of what the kitchen must be like. Management needs to step up and clean this place up and possibly we'll get my business back again.
