Ordering a cake was so troublesome. I would reply to messages every hour or two. After confirming the style and taste, I asked her if she could remove the brand on the cake. It was such a simple question and she didn’t reply for more than an hour. , if it works, it will work, if it doesn’t work, it won’t work. If it doesn’t work, don’t delay me from finding another cake shop to order.I had to call the store to ask. I got a reply immediately after asking, but it just copied and pasted to confirm the order. There was no answer as to whether I could remove that brand. I couldn’t even answer such a small question. I was really speechless. What kind of customer service did I think I was? ?

Cakes from here look super pretty and also delicious. The cream is very fresh and not too sweet which I really like. I ordered through IG, it was really convenient. There’s a lot of design of cakes, and all of them are affordable prices.(prices are depending on size and design.)

Recently ordered two cakes from this cake shop and I love how customizable the cakes are. There are so many beautiful designs to choose from and you get to match them with a large variety of cake fillings. I had one cake done with a sesame centre and another with the taro.Both parties enjoyed the flavour of the cakes. Everyone loved how light and fluffy the cakes were and they were both so well made.Overall, the cakes are both aesthetic and taste good. This makes it totally worth the price. The cake shop was also able to take one of my orders for the next day and I was very impressed by this.

This store is located within the Union Square Shopping Center. Parking here is always a nightmare, at all times of the day. In terms of inventory, this store usually has plenty of cake by-the-slice for sale ($8.75 each) if you come early. Whole cakes are usually limited in flavor, especially later in the afternoon. For whole cakes, it's best to call or use Wechat to reserve one ahead of time. The cakes are light and tasty, not too sweet. They are perfect for most Asian palates. Note that there is no indoor seating at this place.

I ordered a mango cake for a birthday party a couple weeks ago, the cake was really pretty but not really tasty, it barely had mango in it and had more cream that bread, the cream had no sweetness or flavour I was a bit disappointed since someone else told me to buy the cake here.

Their coconut jelly cake was absolutely flavorful yet it wasn't too sweet...just right! It had coconut jelly in it which made it even more delightful. We enjoyed their cake and also the cake presentation was cute, I loved how the colour was blue icings. I was luckily able to pick up my sister's birthday cake here last minute. The cost was OK - perfect for special occasions and acceptable to purchase for special occasions! I will be coming back here in the near future!
