Ordered a calamari platter and they refused to do half rice half salad which all the other locations have no problem doing.. fine.. I obliged and got rice. They have no shame and served cold rice and cold calamari. Thanks for ruining dinner for an 8 month pregnant lady. This location and the one on queensborough are prob owned by the same owner

Paid full price for a skewer of chicken but received a wooden stick with hardly any meat on it. What a rip off! I did ask the ladies working about the lack of portion size but they just shrugged it away. I paid $16 for that pathetic meal. Never again at this location. Go to Metrotown, at least their portion size is still worth the price.
I come here often for lunch as I work close to the mall. All of the staff is very nice and pleasant. It is one of my favorites in the mall. I am a happy customer!

I got chicken wrap with salad. The salad was ok but I asked for Tzatzik and she didn’t give it. She said it doesn't come with Greek salad. I was standing there while she was making my food and she didn’t warm the chicken. It was so fast literally dipped out of the water oil and put it on the wrap. The chicken was not fresh. Never eating from here again.

Dangerous place! The girl grilling the meat( Maridep) and making the salad didn’t stop sneezing inside the food and wiping her wet nose with her hands then touch the salads and the bread with her hands. This is happening in front of us. I don’t know her hygiene level if we are not seeing this! She was mad to us when we mentioned that. Too rude and unsafe! The worst Opa we ever seen!
