Franchise pizza restaurant in Richmond. Food quality, selection and price typical of franchise. Highlight is the incredible customer service and amazing staff at this specific location.
The owners of this location are always very friendly and positive. I always prefer this location over all others because of the great staff.Don’t listen to the lies of made up stories of parking people from the neighbouring restaurant double park and will even try to box you in. Then say they will only be 2 minutes. These people just think they are more important then everyone else.

Honestly I'd give it a solid 4 stars, but 5 because all these Chinese people are giving low ratings on purpose due to their "parking issues". I'm Taiwanese, and I know how to respect signage and rules, it's not that hard. I've been eating at this store for years, and while parking is indeed limited, I've never had an issue with their service attitude.Act like adults and respect rules, it's not China where anything goes. Grow up.
