However, the night we went, there was a table with a bunch of drunks and none of the employees took initiative to tell them to quiet down. It got to the point where that table was just yelling and loudly talking to each other and we weren't able to hear anything else at all. Was disappointed in how that was managed....

It was my first time coming here after being invited by a friend. The prices are reasonable due to a promotion in the morning and the dimsum was fresh. It also has plenty of parking spots, and the parking garage is actually not as narrow as Crystal mall’s or Metrotown’s. Would recommend this place to friends.

This is my first time leaving such low rating to a restaurant located in Richmond BC but it does even not worth to give them one star. Firstly, you need to wait 20-30 mins before you are ready for sitting and ordering even you have the reservation. They just overtaking the reservation without considering their real capacity. Secondly, the bath room is extremely dirty and slippery. Thirdly, their service quality and attitude is the worst I have experienced ever in Canada. We asked one of their employees to refill water but was rejected. Lastly, they said if you leave no tips they will call manager (sounds like threatening). By the way, their food is ok if you are starving.

Update: Food is alright. Dinner Service was terrible from the male staff. Service improved as soon as the owner appeared in the dining room to supervise and to assist. Wish the owner is there all the time so the male staff will provide decent service.Food and service used to be good a couple of years ago. Now food is average and service is terrible.

So terribly salty and so much MSG. I was ill for hours onward til evening after having dim sum & drinking water didn't help relieve the pain. I am sorry to say I won't return.

terrible service! misorders! orders never came, we had to ask for our orders more than three times and finally it came 1 hours later, and the servers and cashiers had to audacity to show attitude and demanding tips for suc atrocious experience I've every had. Never going eat here every again!

We celebrated our family mid-autumn festival this year at this restaurant and were pleasantly pleased with the food & service. We had a craving for Peking Duck with all the trimmings & it "hit the spot". YUMMY! Together with the 6 People meal package - everyone were stuffed with the variety of dishes. Parking was a challenge as we had difficulty finding a spot in the attached parkade. Not 2 worry-we parked @ nearby Richmond Centre. Given the time (7 pm) & for an auspicious event-it explains the unavailability of a parking spot. Definitely, we will return again.

Made reservation for dinner, but the service is extremely poor. The host did not pay attention when we walked into the restaurant. After we sat down and ready to order, we spent about 10 mins trying to wave down a waiter/waitress just to take our order.

Was here over the weekend. No complaints with the food.The service however was just horrible. Waited over 1.25 hours even with a reservation, didn't apologize, and literally won't perform any simple tasks such as filling up the tea. Overall a bunch of grumpy folks working at this restaurant.Not worth the time to endure this much negativity and lack of service.
