They mop the floor when we are still dining, my mom almost falls, and the smell is so strong. such a bad experience, will never come back.

The place is so big with many tables. Food are not bad, but there are so so many staffs. I def think they over staff and staff just running and shouting at each other randomly.
Fast and yummy food. Great setting and comfy seats. No complaints

Pho 37 has exceeded my standards for Vietnamese cuisine. I used to live across the street and came here twice a week since they first opened in a smaller unit. The food quality is top-tier with tender meats and consistent flavour. What impresses me the most is how well-executed and efficient their operations are even after moving into a unit that’s 5-6x bigger. Food is quickly served piping hot and tables are turned over at the speed of light, but you never feel rushed. There are 20-25 servers at all times and their attention-to-detail is immaculate. My husband and I joke that you will never have to glance around the room more than once to catch someone’s attention. Since moving out of Richmond, we still make it a weekly trip to dine here because we’ve been so spoiled by their quality that nothing else can compare!

I sat nearby the cashier with my friends, but I couldnt hear what they tried to say. Cause some male servers, even the man with manager name tag, were standing at the counter, making jokes, talking and laughing so loud.

TL:DR this place has very salty food with poor service and speed, while being overpriced. THIS IS A FAKE "LUXURY" Service: .5/1If it's 5 or more, you round up to the next whole number.Food was incredibly salty, pay no attention to the "no msg" sign.I found certain female waitresses to be nice, while some weren't and most male waiters were rude.Authentic Vietnamese food? In Richmond? Highly doubtful.Rice was a normal portion. Spring rolls are great. The Pho isn't that good, and the portions are tiny. They won me over like everyone else with its fancy interior design. Don't be fooledParking: Nearly no parking here as there are too many shops and restaurants.

The Vietnamese noodle soup is sweeter and lacks the taste of beef bone soup. The price of the new menu has increased slightly. There is no Chinese-English menu.
Despite being busy, the turnover is quick, so no long waits. Service is above average, and the food? Absolutely superb! Reasonable prices too. It's no surprise this is one of the most popular pho spots in Greater Vancouver. Highly recommended!

Stopped in to order take away. The restaurant was packed, not a table available but they took our order right away and we had our food within 10 minutes! We didn't eat in but the restaurant itself is beautiful. We ate back at our hotel and the food was excellent. We had pho and vermicille bowls. Would definitely eat here again.

Next time, if your servers have an issue with the way a customer eats, they should have the guts to say it to their face instead of making it obvious by talking behind their back to another server and then both staring at the customer and laugh. This is the first time I've encountered something like that, and it's quite disturbing and uncomfortable. The server with the glasses, please be respectful and don't criticize how your customers eat.

I went with my family at weekends. We ordered 2 special beef soups and 1 beef soup. Beef soup (Phở) is signature of the restaurant. The soup based smells good like northern Vietnamese style. Compare to other Phở restaurant in Vancouver, soup based is the best one that we've ever tried. Vegetalble is limited. It's easy to understand cause it's Canada. However the dipping sauces are full as in Vietnam. The location is perfect. Prime location is right at the front, easy to find. The restaurant area has been expanded. Decoration looks quite luxury. I like the atmosphere here. Price is acceptable, total include tips ~20CAD/bowl.
