We came by at 2:30 for our late lunch. There's lot of table empty but we choose the longer table. The server or manager said it's only for 4 people only but when we checked the other tables there's 2 tables with 2 people and we were asked to sit near the door which is too cold when it's opened. We decided to leave and went to another branch in which is we are treated fairly.

Loved the peanut satay pho. The meat is high quality and super soft, and the flavour is perfect. I rarely have any broth but when I am here I finish my whole bowl. Suggest it to all!

I always order the vegan banh mi. First time I ordered it delicious - warm tofu nicely seasoned with soya sauce. Next time cold tofu, not seasoned with soya sauce. So third time I ordered I told them make sure the tofu is warm and properly seasoned, it was fine. Then I ordered again and again huge disappointment, tofu not seasoned and not warm. Not my job to tell you to put out good food every time, sorry will be finding an alternative for my banh mi!

A gem in Richmond! Despite the bustling atmosphere, the service here is lightning-fast. The pho noodle soup is a taste of authenticity, and the portions are generous for the price. Undoubtedly one of the best pho spots in Richmond.

I like the texture of the rice noodle and the soup base is rich. The down side is that the beef are choppy and come with small slices in my bowl. The salad roll is huge, you need to dipped your sweet and sour sources every time you bite it.

Walking into Pho 37 in Richmond, BC is like diving into a Vietnamese flavor party. The vibes are cozy, setting the scene for a culinary adventure that's straight-up lit. The pho steals the spotlight, a flavor bomb hitting all the right notes. The broth's on another level - rich and aromatic, you can tell they've been cooking up some magic with those spices and bones. The rice noodles are perfection, with that ideal chewiness. And check it, the menu's got options for every taste, from beef to chicken, catering to all the flavor-craving homies. But hold up - it's the condiments game that takes this joint to the next level. Garlic, sauces, you name it - they've got the hook-up. Customize your pho like a boss, and don't sleep on the fresh herbs and bean sprouts bringing those vibrant vibes.Beyond the pho hustle, the menu flexes with other Vietnamese gems, showing mad love for authenticity and quality. The crew at Pho 37 keeps it real with friendly service, adding to the welcoming vibes. Prices are fair, giving you bang for your buck with portions that won't leave you hangry.Whether you're a pho fanatic or just dipping your toes into Vietnamese eats, Pho 37 in Richmond is the spot. The condiment game here is the real MVP, turning a meal into a flavorful fiesta. Trust, this joint brings the flavor and the fun.

Good service tasty food.I'd go to this location than Capstan Way because the staff is nicer and pays better attention.Lots of healthy light food options but if you like to try something new peanut sate pho is great.

Had the pho and a couple appetizers here the other day. Everything was very good. The pho had a clean, wonderful taste and the meats were generously portioned. One of the most remarkable things was the fried chicken wings appetizer. Those were very well seasoned and drizzled with fish sauce. . . Delicious! The wings in the bottom of the bowl may soak up a little too much sauce for some people's taste (making them less crispy) but I personally didn't find it to be a huge problem. If it's a concern it could likely be reserved on the side to prevent this.Everything else about the location was what we've come to expect from the pho restaurants we frequent. We will definitely be returning and it's good to know this place is so close to the Richmond Sports and Entertainment Complex, our primary reason for being in the area. . .

Delicious food and amazing customer service! Highly recommend the rare beef pho and grilled pork chop with rice. My family and I are in BC for a 12+ hour layover and found this restaurant from their Google reviews. Definitely will visit again when in BC.

Surprisingly good Pho in suburbia. Tried the Special which had ALL the ingredients. Only comes in one size but the meats and toppings are generous.I would rate the Pho as current top 5 in Greater Vancouver area.

Located in the Ironwood Plaza. Free parking. Clean, small, moderate noise-compared to Capstan location. The Sampler and Pho was great tasting and we both enjoyed this. The spring rolls were soft - maybe not deep fried long enough - half star off. Would come here again.
