Terrible service from this restaurant as the guy identified himself as the owner and recommended a noodle but all burned meat and tasted like candles….very races they only treat white ppl with good attitude… terrible service terrible place…

Went here 2 weeks ago. While the food we received was good. The male server made us feel uncomfortable. He got our order and stuff and we were just minding our own business, laughing. When suddenly he asked us "why are you laughing?" with a smug looked on his face. He just stayed there staring at us for a few minutes which was so uncomfortable. When we went to pay our food, my partner gave him cash and was about to tell him to keep the change , but he showed a refusal to give our change back or keeping the change anyway. Then he told us it should be atleast 10%. The thing is the change we're supposed to get back was enough for a 10% tip. He also forgot to give the calamari we ordered. It was a really unpleasant experience. I would recommend you to not go there when he is the server. The female servers are much better.

Love the food here, just feel so uncomfortable with one of the male server. We were trying to order a noodle without the veggie. He acted very impatient and loudly asked us how many orders we wanted. He thought that we only ordered one order for the two of us and showing angry. In fact, I ordered it on the back of the menu. And also he keep asking like” ok!? Ok?”all the time. It was very uncomfortable to have the conversation with him anyway.

First time here, the entrance is a bit lowkey from the front so, just walking past you might just miss this restaurant actually ?Came here with friends and they had nice staff ? All my friends got pho but, I tend to get the Banh Mi & iced coffee with condensed milk at Vietnamese restaurants — it’s a running theme.Food was okay, the coffee came in to go cup which was very convenient. I tried the rare beef pho my friend got as well; I don’t have anything bad to say :)Parking: There’s a bit of parking at the back of the restaurant, they also made it so that you can enter from the back— I was quite surprised to see that. It’s convenient so that you don’t have to walk all the way around to the front entrance.Kid-friendliness: I might be remembering it wrong but, i believe they had a kids menu/section in the menu

This vietnamese restaurant has a large seating area, and with lots of varieties to choose from. We chose the combinations on the menu, and with the "tri" colour drinks, the drink with dense coconut milk, plus the red bean, as well as the green jelly, the special one is the top, put lots of ice and once the ice melts, it made to the drinks as full as the cup. It's cute!And the combo comes with 1 spring rolls as well, and we bought 2 combos, then we have 4 pieces of spring rolls.The pho is in regular size, but is enough for us to fill our stomach already.Both pho are pretty goodWould recommended to everyone to come here for a meal!

Been coming here regularly for 5 years but got the worst service from a waitress recently. Food is good but service is occasionally horrible depending on the waitress. Portions seem to be a victim of shrinkflation so not as good value anymore.Roll of the die if you get good or bad service. Well actually it's usually the same waitress, the others are fine and usually very polite.Will occasionally have to bat flies away.

Been to the restaurant here before but it’s my last time going. Good food I can’t complain even when I want pho on a cold day. As a customer I would only choose to tip as I feel like it and the employee has NO RIGHT to ask me why I didn’t tip her. How dare her that she asked for a tip. I’ll give you a tip if I want to. Please stop. If I choose to dine in next time, I’ll just what the price is on here and refuse to give her a tip and let her know it’s rude and unprofessional for a employee to be demanding a tip from a customer
