Over the years, prices at the restaurant have increased significantly. Unfortunately, the current pricing for pho is excessively high. While the portion size and taste are acceptable, they are not exceptional. Parking lot is always full. Overall, due to the steep prices and average quality, I won't be returning.

Practically a hole in the wall type building, inside is welcoming. It's our go-to place for Pho in Richmond, in fact, all of Vancouver. Not only that, but it's slowly becoming our go-to restaurant overall. The broth in the soup is rich and but not salty. Portions are generous and service is quick and friendly.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly rice noodle or white rice dishes.

A Vietnamese noodle restaurant over 30 years old!!! All furnitures are 30 years old, so as the delicious beef noodle soup remain the same! And today I tried the chicken noodle soup - surprisingly the chicken broth is also rich, not easy to find good chicken noodle soup in Vietnamese restaurant. Another good one is spring roll!!Reminder: don’t forget to add their hot chili sauce (oil with chili inside) - must add!

This place has been open since 1994 and there is a reason it's still open! I've been going here for almost 15 years. Even after getting pho in countless places including NYC, LA, SF, etc. I think this is still one of the best.Very basic setting and service tho (kinda hike in a wall feel) but you are here for the food not to chat with the staff.

I will say say that there have been some changes in the menu/recipe's in recent years but nothing that has changed my opinion of their food. It is a classic `hole-in-the-wall' place that has a ton of character and very authentic, home made dishes that are well worth a visit.
