Great coffee for grab and go and quick chat BUT if you want to stay more than 30mins to study or work i would not recommend. Seats are the least ergonomic, hard and flat. And then the internet just cuts off randomly around 10mins then you need to login again with Telus open. Not the best experience. Waves Coffee still wins for all of the above in this area.

Mostly good tasting roasts. However their cinnamon roasts are a touch too light for my palette and using the word roast would be inaccurate as the coffee to be roasted must actually attain a high enough temperature in the roaster. It seems that sometimes the roast doesn't quite happenVery very slow to ship out coffee also. The In stock” coffee can take two to three weeks to ship. Its really pathetic

A popular coffee shop in Steveston. I suspect it is busiest on weekends when I'd be most likely to visit. Americano was OK lemon loaf was very good. I'm not happy when these places get too hectic but Roccanini was OK on my visit.

I’m going to give them a benefit of the doubt and assume that the service and the drinks were bad because it was busy. Regardless, my experience here today was terrible. Cold brew tasted sour and extremely bitter; almost to the point that it tasted like a Chinese herbal medicine.For the second drink, I wanted to get a milkshake but the cashier said with attitude that it takes too long to make the drink (why have it on the menu then?). So I got a chai tea latte and it came with milk and one tea bag. Unfortunately, this didn’t taste anything like chai tea latte. I did not expect a masala chai to be served but what I got didn’t even taste anything like chai. Both drinks were undrinkable.Other people seem to enjoy their beverages which make me think maybe it’s a one-off situation where they were busy and overwhelmed? Maybe? Or maybe the management changed recently?Regardless, it’s still true that they were the worst drinks I have ever tasted at a cafe. I get that it can be overwhelming with a lot of customers, however, it would’ve been also nicer if the cashier (younger male) was more kind, at least. I drove 20 minutes to try this cafe and the whole experience today was… just unfortunate.

Best flat white I've had in a long while- made by Cyrus.Staff was very friendly over all. Space felt refined but relaxed, the ideal place for a study day or to read a book.

Quite possibly the worst purchasing experience I've ever had from an online retailer. Ordered a coffee roaster. After 5 months of conflicting updates and difficulty getting actual information the status changed from it having been shipped (without tracking info) to the order being cancelled.Regret placing the order and the resulting work required getting information regarding the order

Honestly I have dreams about this mocha, you gotta try it. But the something new I tried this time was the sandwich which was surprisingly divine ?? packed FULL of flavour, the filling to bagel ratio was amazing (and as I’m writing this I’m planning my next visit to that bagel!) ???study/work The space is huge and bright, with so many tables, outlets, and giant windows so you can maximize your vitamin D. Good coffee but cleaning standards are super low. I visit this coffee shop twice a year just to check if they cleaned their ceilings. They are not… today I saw black mold. I will never come back!
