I would give a zero for service , and how dare you Asking for tips when you did nothing except handing food disrespectfully ? tips are for someone who serves that made us feel nice and there we show appreciation.

I know you don't care about negative reviews from guests, but as long as I write it, someone will definitely see it, and it can remind me that I am a person. Please be sure to prepare enough tips when eating here, otherwise the waiter will be disgusted with you.I went to have breakfast today and the price after checkout was $56. I just had $60 in cash and no extra change. I said there was no need to change the money. As a result, the waiter came back after a while and gave me 4 yuan in change. I was very confused, and she said: "The minimum is 10%." When I saw it, you didn't ask me how I was eating except for serving the food (not to mention that the food was sometimes served directly by the kitchen staff). I haven't poured any water. A ruthless serving machine. I am free to tip as much as I want. It would be nice to give it to you, but it’s too little? Okay, you have the guts to not give in for 4 yuan. I'm being stingy.I quietly collected the 4 yuan, got up and left. In the end, this person actually had the nerve to chase me out and asked me for a tip. He said, "You didn't even give me a dollar?" I thought to myself, didn't you think it was too little and you didn't want it? Then the man said, "You should learn more about Canadian customs when you come to Canada." Oh my god? Canada is so noble. You, a person who doesn't provide any services other than serving food, have the nerve to ask me for a big tip? If I don't give it to you, why are you so shameless in mocking me? Why are you so noble? I've already given you a lot of face by leaving 4 yuan for you.I know you don't care about one more bad review, and business will still be booming every day. There are many uncles and aunties from Hong Kong who come back to take care of your business. But sooner or later, market entities will change.I hope this comment will be seen by everyone who uses Google Maps. Good service, I will choose to pay by credit card, not to mention 10%, I have paid 20%. But for this waiter today, I can only say that you are not worthy.

Great dim sum varieties! ??Deep fried taro cakes are yummy delicious ?? but sold out quickly by noon! Prices is reasonable and on weekdays from 9-11am, you get 20% off dim sum if paid prior to 11am. Great deal ! ??We go there for dim sum weekly due to high ceiling, spacious place, nice bright environment and Free covered parkade.Food is great. Price is right. In spring, you could see cherry blossoms outside the big windows. Love it.

Dim sum was really good. We ordered the beef rolls, shrimp dumpling, and siu mai. They were freshly made. If you pay your bill before 11am, you will get 20% off.Service was excellent. The servers were really nice and polite. They informed us about the promo.Atmosphere was elegant. Very nice restaurant to dine in. The restaurant is located on the 3rd floor (I think). So you will need to take the elevator or park 3rd floor.

It is been a while since I attend any Chinese Wedding evens after the Covid outbreak and so happy got invited to one of my associate's son's wedding at the Royal Seafood restaurant in Richmond , not a fancy or over price place , lot of parking and dinning room very spacious comfortable airy , and can hold around 300 guest , I believed we have 200 people, lot of room to move around , nicely set up for Wedding atmosphere and it is 12 course set menu , over $1,000 per tablet , average price , good value , all the dishes very good quality and tasty , Lobster and the Rod Cod super fresh , my flavor is the Abalone and the Chicken ! lot of food and left over , I hear there Dim Sum is all way packed , special their Early Bird deal from 9 am to 11 am , but remember you pay what you get , their quality is not top end , lot of frozen items and MSG , but tasty and Cheap , dinner menu average a $25 per dishes , but lot of Family Dinner Special set menu for different events , very budget friendly , the service helpful and friendly and try to avoid the week end , it is a zoo here and plan ahead ! long wait , happy to recommended this restaurant .

The restaurant itself is grand and nostalgic, clinging onto the glory days of traditional Chinese diners, and the food is really cheap, but severely lacking. The preserved egg and lean pork congee was bland and all components were flavourless.Their custard buns were dry, the dough getting stuck on the roof of my mouth, and the custard itself being salty without much flavour. The beef rice roll was legitimately disgusting, and though their meatballs utilised a similar meat mixture, it was slightly more tolerable. I enjoyed the bean curd wraps, and the snowy mountain BBQ pork buns were mediocre, but comparatively good.

Services was friendly and fast from Issac. We like their braised ginger pork feet.

Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs!I recently dined at the Restaurant, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a disappointing meal. First of all, the restaurant's interior was dingy and outdated. The decor looked like it hadn't been updated since the '80s, and it was in desperate need of a makeover. The ambiance was far from inviting, and I immediately felt uncomfortable. Now, onto the food. The menu offered a limited selection of dishes, and none of them sounded particularly appealing. I decided to go with the "house special" fried rice and some spring rolls. When the food arrived, I couldn't believe how bad it was. The fried rice was greasy and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. It was flavourless and had an unpleasant aftertaste. The spring rolls were equally disappointing, as they were soggy and lacked any discernible flavour. To make matters worse, the service was abysmal. Our server was inattentive and seemed disinterested in serving us. It took forever to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was clear that it had been hastily prepared. The prices were not reflective of the quality of the food or service. I felt like I had wasted my money on a subpar meal in an unappealing setting. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I certainly won't be returning. Save yourself the disappointment and look for a better dining option elsewhere.

Consistently good, family-style restaurant with familiar-favorite dishes and new menu items. Today we had the lobster special which was served chilled, then added to congee for a continued delight! The shu mi and eggplant with shrimp were as good as they have been from every other time we have come to dine here. And the osmanthus gelatin dessert here is delicious as it cleanses the palate at the end of our meal.

If you want a bigger and more roomy restaurant, this is a good choice for you. The food is good and with reasonable price too. We have a lot of choices of dim sum here. The dinner is also nice for a big group of family and friends. I hope they can take the dishes out more quickly in the dinner time since it is a big restaurant. We are always eat before taking some pictures. This time my wife remembers taking some pictures of the food before we eat.
