It had been a while, and we went for early "dim sum," but we were disappointed. The food tasted bland. We did not like it at all!

It was our first visit, and we were rather pleased. The dim sum pricing are reasonable, and since the dumplings are side order sizes were more than we anticipated, we had some extra food. The wait crew was kind and focused. A positive encounter. Salutations!

Terrible take out service, called in for order and was told estimated time is 15min. Waited for 40min and wanted to refund but they wouldn’t let me and said food was coming out. Just ensure to call well in advance.

Parking: There is no way you can find parking with all the businesses there. The capacity of restaurants does not match the number of parkings available. Even the street parking is difficult to find space.

Food isnt fully cooked, food qualities drop, but price was increased unreasonable. cashier at the front was rush, rude and give attitude when ask more questions of my order. As I double check the order before leaving the restaurant, found out sauce suppose to have inside are missing, and the cashier give me a dirty look right away, until I show her my order she went inside ths kitchen to asked where my sauce. the sauce isn't there in the first, isn't my fault no need to give dirty look for your customer, no customer service they only care your payment they don't give a damn to what your order or if your food is well cooked. Horrible experience. The owner should consider to change the glasses lady who worked as a cashier there. Horrible service she gave, is like no education for manner so rude, she should reflect herself, whether if she want to work there.

Dim sum quality is bad. It doesn’t worth for the money. You can find better dim sum restaurants in Richmond or Vancouver.

They charge extra for credit card now. The food isn't even that good and the portions were small.

Order the $498 dinner combination for 10. It is of good value and decent taste.

The food here was pretty good, and we had a few plates we normally wouldn’t try. There were six of us (four adults and two babies) and they were nice enough to put us at a larger table. The parking lot was large, and there were luckily a few spots left at 10am on Sunday. Giving four ⭐️ because the servers were a bit rude (according to my Chinese-speaking friend), the bill had a mistake, and the bathrooms needed attention.

The stars of the show are the truffle siu mai and the pan fried chives and shrimp patties. Flavors were on point and it burst with meat juice when you bite into it. The other dishes were solid but not as memorable.
