The bingsoos were really good but there were so many small (fruit ?) flies and we couldn’t finish our food since they kept landing in the food.

Mango bingsoo, the shaved ice part was actually quite nice, light and looked like tiny coconut flakes, instead of actual ice. The mango pieces were okay, needed a bit more condensed milk and sauce. Overall though, it was a nice portion for 2 people, maybe even 3, to share.Customer service was meh... not sure if the one girl was just having a bad day. If you like bingsoo, then I'd say check it out. Variations on fruit choices were decent enough.

It appears that this bingsoo dessert cafe is currently managed by Chinese owners. While bingsoo is a Korean dessert, the dduk (also known as mochi) was extremely disappointing, lacking the expected chewiness and flavor. We ordered the injeolmi flavor bingsoo, which is highly popular in bingsoo in Korea, but it completely failed to make a positive impression and was just okay.

Ordered the Oreo Bingsoo$14 for what's essentially a bowl of shaved ice cream with Oreo powder on it.Gimmicky tourist trap type of desertGenuinely wondering how this place managed to survive this long

It’s been months since I last ordered from here and this time I ordered taiyaki for takeout and did not expect its quality to have dropped so much compared to before. Dough is dry and tasteless and little filling inside. The Taiyaki making machines also need an upgrade.

The Bingsoo is a well-served portion, but the mangoes were "off" - they were dark and tasted old.The place needs more care for sure - lots of clutter, boxes, dust, spider webs and the worst - mouse droppings. The bathroom was filthy and cluttered as well. No towels or air dryer to dry hands. You should get rid of the broken display fridge and remove the "stainless steel" peel (adhesive) from your equipment as that's not food safe to keep it on.Please take care of all the mentioned issues.Thank you.

Don’t order takeout, matcha doesn’t have powder on top, doesn’t come with condensed milk

Good dessert but charged me $6 for 2 cheap plastic Togo containers and a plastic bag. ScammersResponse to owner :So you're saying your employees at this location are infact scamming people ? That's crazy, we went on Thursday the 12th of October 2023. 1 hour before closing. Whoever was working charged us $6 for a plastic bag and 2 cheap plastic containers. You need to fix this and ensure it doesn't happen to others.

We always circle back to Snowy Village, even after trying so many other places, their Bingsoo is consistently good. If you love mango, it’s a good choice! I like how they layer the flavour in the middle of the Bingsoo, not just on top.The bowl is much wider than it used to be, (but shallower). Perhaps it makes the fruit qty look like less than the original bowl. It is still enough fruit for the amount of snow.Firmly packed, but the texture is still fluffy. This is a regular and it’s plenty for 2 to share. It is very satisfying!

Snowy village is very consistent and delicious bingsoo. They let their bingsoo dessert shine without the needy to add complicated toppings. All of their bingsoo do not disappoint and are a great size for sharing: a regular for 2-3 people and a large for 3 or more people. The mango bingsoo has a generous amount of mango, mango sauce, and some condensed milk topping. This is my favorite mango bingsoo that I have tried. The injeolmi bingsoo is also delicious. Red bean, mochi, and injeolmi (soy bean powder) that has a nutty/toasted flavor.Snowy village layers the bingsoo so there is fruit or toppings also inside! If you are craving bingsoo, you can't go wrong with snowy village.

Service is garbage. Ordered two things and they didn't have one after serving the first. Asked for mochi which show the flavors and they ask pay more which is fine.. but why i pay more for two same flavors and tell me not available after we start eating? Definitely do not recommend unless you wanna ruin your day.

Two girls working night shift on August 24 gave us attitude when we told them we’re doing take out. Waited 30 minutes for one bingsoo. People who ordered after us got their order already. When we went to ask how long we had to wait, she gave us another attitude.Really don’t appreciate the customer service and the wait time, felt like they did it on purpose.
