In love starbucks. However, I have a suggestion please train staff in making our life easier when asked to pour drink into new multi use starbucks cups. The server lady was reluctant to even ask around if that was possible. Didn't seem like her genuine interest in providing any assistance, so I had to put this review. (Jus adding; it was raining today, and the hassle to get the same order in nearby mall would have been a hassle). I also didn't order my own coffee. I just wanted to get through the process. Usually, this never happens. May be some training may help. The drinks I got were good.

I frequent this Starbucks a lot and it’s always consistent but today was a different story. I ordered a venti and it was only filled up 2/3… and there’s no sugar cookie flavour at all… disappointing and a waste of almost $7

They're always really nice here and remember my order. The one or two times there's been a mistake, they fixed it quickly with no issue.We're all human, mistakes happen, and this is probably one of the busiest locations around. They do really well with the volume.It's just nice to get kindness with my coffee in the morning. :)Thanks guys!
this review is for starbucks Lansdowne inside T&T grocery, BC. I always order brewed coffee with cream at starbucks and ordered the same here. Yuck! Coffee tasted so bitter and looked muck dark. tried to make it work by asking for more cream but got the 3rd degree saying they would have to charge. Should have just returned the coffee and insisted on a refund. Dont go here starbucks at Landsdowne BC. Bad coffee, worse customer service!

Greeted the staff at the front who was taking my order on Sat. I mentioned to her that I would like to redeem a drink as my points are expiring at the end of the month. She seemed to be a trainee because she mentioned that points do not expire. I show her the app and my points were expiring. #wronginfoSB has made it so difficult to redeem a drink I did my best to be kind and asked for what kind of ice teas I can redeem. Perhaps is her first day but her attitude and sass was just not cutting it for me. #unpleasantexperience

I came by in the afternoon to pick up some coffee that I'd redeemed with my stars, at the pickup counter I asked the barista named Sakshi (or something) if my whole bean coffee was ready to pick up, she just threw it on the counter. When i asked another barista for a cup of iced water, the Sakshi filled up my water and left it behind the counter to talk to some other baristas. I had to flag someone else down to hand me my iced water because apparently walking two steps in my direction to hand me my iced water was too difficult for Sakshi. The other baristas were very helpful and friendly though.

workers are busy and friendly. ambiance is kinda dirty and not enough seats this is a grab and go idea. hanging around with friends this would be not the location. many options walking distance, pick the one that works for you.
