You can always get fantastic drinks hereParking: Since there are a lot of reserved parking spots for staffs at the hospital, there are not always enough spots for visitors.Wheelchair accessibility: Many patients who are in wheelchairs enjoy drinks here☺️

I went to order, stood to the Side and patiently waited for my turn as a nurse cut in front. When it was my turn to order Kelvin at the counter asked me to hold on a minute I said sure and leaned over to look at the pastries when I heard him ask “what can I get for you” as 3 more hospital staff ordered. It was the rudest and belittling things that has happened. Then not even an apology or a thank you for your patience for someone that already going through a tough time to be made to feel so meaningless at a Starbucks in a hospital definitely did not help.
I come here and ask for non ice drink . The server is nice said if you need non ice drink you can order some some. The I ordered, full of ice than other places and I asked them is this drink have to with ice they said yes. (

Worst customer service ever i had in starbucks i ordered my drink without ice and barista made it with ice i went back and informed the girl who made my drink she opened my drink and took out all the ice cubes and handed to me this is the quantity she gave to me after taking out ice and more over what kind of customer service you guys are providing

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin?! Going to Starbucks is an absolute treat and always leaves me feeling uplifted and energized!The baristas there were incredible! They were very swift in making the drink and gave me exactly 5 ice cubes, just like how I ask! Magnificent service! Would come again!

1. Milk frothier has been broken for days.2. Espresso machine is acting up.3. Staff are not very attentive regarding my order that I already repeated 3x but still missing some cream.4. I had to wait a long time and they asked me if I can just have a regular coffee. I had to ask for the price difference and staff told me oh it’s only a difference of a dollar and 25 cents.5. Unacceptable that machine has been broken for days and customer service is very poor.5. To add my regular coffee was cold.
