Been drinking matcha tea without realizing its more than half added sugar in their "matcha powder". Paying ~ $7 for a cup of matcha I would expect a better quality matcha and no added sugar!

I appreciated being able to get my coffee in a proper cup when sitting in the cafe, although it would be proper for Starbucks to offer nice cups as the "for here" default.Despite this, our cappuccino and latté we're both tasteless. There was little discernable taste of coffee in either and we remarked on this to each other. For my first visit to Starbucks in several years it was not a cause to rush back.There are better options out there. Many.

Tbh a hit or miss with this Starbies. Either they take REALLY long to make a drink or get it done quickly. (There was about the same amout of customers in the store at both times.) The drinks are what you'd expect, atmosphere is good, it always smells good and it's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. PARKING IS ALWAYS HECTIC, it's redeemable though.

After I paid , nobody took care of my order, the staff don’t cooperate , after long waiting they gave me wrong order. If I didn’t ask there will be nobody prepare my food. Never go there any more.

Very freaking slow to make drinks; super unproductive; wait for 20min to get my mobile order, and I saw staff working very slow when there are a long line waiting for their module orders. If the store is not productive or cannot make drinks faster, better to hire more staff to do.

I ordered a drink at around 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The store was not crowded at all, but I still got my drink 10 minutes late. Also, they had not followed the instructions right and my hot chocolate tasted like a coffee. Besides that, one of the employees also laughed at me, saying I hadn’t ordered the right thing, even though i had ordered the hot chocolate option on the app. I’ll never visit this Starbucks again.

I usually just come in and out to get my mobile order. Today I came in and order over the counter to eat in. I was welcomed by Francis with a cheerful and bold good morning! What a treat! He should be coaching coffee shop attenders how to proper serve people. Good for him! ☀️
