Another subway misrepresenting what and when they sell.They refuse to make coffee after a certain time but only at some Subway claiming a manager said to do soIf you offer coffee for sale then you had better sell that coffee I would suggest getting some instant for the late night workers that want a late night coffee which is their morningDiscrimination of a sale is purposeful misrepresentation and Canada has consumer protection to ensure misleading and poor business practices are not continued in fact civil litigation has been successful in other jurisdictions for similar issues.Subway just does not want to brew a pot or half pot or mix instant or change their signage which discriminates against the time of day some actually a lot of workers want coffee.As well if your restaurant is listed and registered for more than 10 seats you are required by health and safety laws to have a functioning bathroom available to customers before they eat or even purchase an item. Temporarily closing a section of seats for cleaning does not mean you can de-register your seating capacity later at night.I am sure there are inspectors that work at night on health and safety issues being purposefully ignored.If you have issues call the police or hire a security guard like a few McDonald's do now.Asked to speak with a manager / supervisor none was available a second or third time which also could be another violationRules are made to protect consumers and must be followed. Over the years these rules have been attempted to be deceived by only a few restaurants like Subway.

Ordered via App on Saturday. #5 Chicken Rancher - sub was very light on chicken and no bacon, barely any sauce. Took order home, too far to go back. The app is supposed to be convenient, but I constantly get errors in my orders.. seems you have to watch them make the sandwich to make sure it's correct. Did the receipt survey, received a canned response saying 'we're sorry'. Well, I'm sorry for ordering from your location. :(

Food is avg. My 1st purchase was spoiled by the time I got home (less then 30 min ) after informing the employees for my 2nd and 3rd purchase I received sarcastic remarks after informing them about my last purchase being spolied and they acted as if I made the mistake my 3rd order was mismade and both the female employees acted as if it was my fault even after asking them politely. I think after 3 chances this place doesn't deserve going back to.

Subs always good here as we’ve never had issues but why is there a minimum 15% tip? Not sure why there’s a tip everywhere now as I thought that’s for service if your eating in at a restaurant with a server. But this is a food court, I get it during the pandemic but we are out of the pandemic.

I really hate writing critical reviews (my regular account is for positive reviews ?), but here we go. The service was OK. The person making my sandwich obviously didn't want to be there and I can understand why; they're making a wage that cannot possibly be considered a living wage in this area. However, this doesn't excuse the lack of service.The sandwich was OK. Typical Subway quality. I hadn't had Subway since around 2015 so I had kind of forgotten how mediocre it is. Considering how cheap all the ingredients are, it still came out to a whopping $15! I was kind of shocked, but the Richmond Centre food court really has no good options. It's kind of a terrible food court. Fancy, but terrible.Anyway, the straw that really did it for me was seeing a tipping option when I went to pay. 15, 18, or 20%. For a sandwich. At a pickup counter. In a food court. ? In poor taste, I would say. Regardless, I'll probably avoid going back unless my options are utterly limited.Maybe check out the food court in Richmond Public Market. Easily 3-5x as good. Even lowly Lansdowne Mall handily beats Richmond Centre. Weird, right? Who ever thought we would be in this weird place in 2023.

The only reason I go to this Safeway is because there is only one in the centre. the staff is always very rude. they don't seem to be happy to help the customer with basic sandwich.

I hate to deal with dishonest staff. I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap and a regular coffee and the male staff charged me at $15.59 without giving me a receipt. It was until I checked online that I discovered the price difference. Disappointed. So you need to be careful in dealing with them. ?
