My daughter and I made a quick stop for bubble tea on our way home and were very pleased with the tasty drinks that we got from Sun Tea Bakery! My daughter ordered the watermelon slush and I got a brûlée boba milk tea. Loved the flavour of the brûlée boba milk tea! The prices are reasonable, and they offer 1L servings for those who are extra thirsty.

Jesus. I just got 3 drinks and 1 dorayaki. He told me its 23.50 I paid. And left tip rest of change. Min after. He told me I did not pay for dorayaki and 5.25 is remaning. I said okay I will pay. I gave him two of 5 bills. And he gave me change 2 loonies and 6 of 25cents (total 3.5) I did not pay attention at the first time (its my fault) and figure out he gave me a dollar less as a change. And also he said my drink ready and gave me only 2. I told him I ordered 3 drinks and he look at my order and without telling me anything I was left at the counter for 30 seconds with knowing anything what is going on and he have me last drink after.I could have just let it slide but 3 things happen in less than 10 minutes while I was waiting. Less change, poor communication. And mis order? I am really regret I left tips with this service and to whom make tip them selves I assume by not giving less change.

It's more a bubble tea then it is a bakery there are just a few pastries in pkg but definitely is not a bakery.

Really tasty. I loved the Brulee Oreo Milk Tea, Brulee Boba Milk Tea, and Coconut Pudding Strawberry Coconut Milk. Strawberry Dorayaki is great but small for the price. Same with Matcha Mochi Cookie. Sea Salt Oreo Box cake was okay. Unfortunately I didn't like the Pumpkin Mochi at all. Would buy the drinks again!
The employee faced away from the counter with another employee making drinks at the back when we were at the counter. They did not acknowledge us. When the male employee turned around, he told us to wait, then he served the customer who arrived for pick-up. They made us wait by keep serving the people who went there for pick-up. They should always serve the people who were in the store first or at least get other employees to help. The employee behind the counter looked at me a few times as if he was ready for me but when I went to the counter he told me to wait. If he was not ready, then he should not have signalled to me; this was not nice. It made them look bad by having the customers wait for a long time especially when we arrived first.Moreover, the employee made us went to the fridge counter to get our drinks when our drinks were ready. I did not know why he did that because it was difficult for us to get the drinks over the fridge (instead of the counter beside the till). In addition, the receipt was not clear - the total price was correct but the breakdown of the price for each drink was confusing.Also, the peach oolong milk tea was watery and they should not give us big straws when we did not have toppings for our drinks. They should give us thin straws if we do not have toppings for our drinks because our drinks did not have solids. It is common for bubble tea places to have both kinds of straws.

The boba here is phenomenal, and there’re plenty of boba places in Richmond to compete with! Their sweetness and flavour is just right, at 100% sugar/ice, and the shop is very cute. It is a little small, and doesn’t have a table to sit at, but they also have some baked goods, which are also quite tasty! I highly recommend the oreo mochi milk tea and brûlée boba milk tea :)
