Went here for the SKZ event this past weekend. Really greatful that they hosted the event; Everyone seemed to have a lot of fun and it's nice to see local vendors ^^As for the actual drink and waffle, they weren't my favourite. You get a lot of waffle, which is great for the price, but the actual flavour was underwhelming in comparison to other bubble waffles I've had. The drink was tasty (though I'm not sure if it's an item on the permanent menu or was specially designed for this event).Service is great though ^^

Quick bubble tea stop. The bubble tea was good. Couldn't decide on a few flavours so i was glad they don't charge extra for the duo cup! I like the location its like a one stop shop, superstore and hk bbq house close by. Definitely recommended!!Parking: Plenty of parking around the area

This is an interesting spot. On one hand I thought the BBT was good and I’d like to come back and try other flavours. But unlike some others, I don’t like the location. If I’m not shopping at Superstore I’m probably not trekking through this area of town and dealing with this parking lot. The store is also a mess with signage and pictures everywhere as well as merch in cubbies. It doesn’t mean the place wasn’t clean, just a lot going on. I do appreciate they offer a $0.25 discount for bringing your own cup!

When we ordered the savoury egg waffle and the roasted milk tea with aloe vera, the server misheard us several times as we customized both the drink and the waffle. We spoke clearly and it seemed that she did not listen.The roasted milk tea was not roasted; it tasted like green milk tea or diluted original milk tea. Also, the egg waffle was broken in the bag upon receipt and this showed the inferior quality. It was not consisted of eggs. It was not yellow and it tasted like flour. We also could not taste the customized savoury ingredients because they were minimal in the waffle. It was not an egg waffle at all.We went back to the server and asked her if she gave us the wrong drink because it did not taste like roasted milk tea. She said it was made with half oolong tea and half assam tea. Then she offered to make us another drink so we told her we wanted original milk tea without pearls with less ice and no sugar. However, she gave us the milk tea with pearls and with a lot of ice with a smile. Then, she and the other co-worker went to hide in the back kitchen immediately. That was not nice. We left the drink on the counter and we left.P.S. The splinter from the wooden fork hurt my sister's finger as she used the fork. They obviously do not care about customers.

CONTAMINATED WORK PLACE!!! When I walked in, the first thing I see is this white employee, wearing glasses. I saw her picking AT HER NOSE, and then eating at the station where they make food. Absolutely disgusting how they have an employee not following safety food protocols. The minimum the employee could have done is eating on one of many available chairs/tables in the shop. To know that fact that someone who picked at her nose, left crumbs at the station where they make food, served someone else and contaminated their food is horrible to imagine.

We had two great drinks at the bubble tea shop to enjoy with our Chinese BBQ. Mango Mojito and Taro Milk tea with boba. Both were delicious and we go again. Kind of a funky shop full of all sorts of tchotchke. Service can take a bit of time, but both drinks were tasty.
Sweet shop that has delicious bubble tea options and dessert waffles. You can customize the amounts of each topping for your drink as well as your premium waffles. The reasonable pricing and terrific service make it a place we highly recommend! The matcha ice cream and black sesame ice cream complement the red bean topping and black sesame waffle well. We hope to be back when we're in town!

They always make mistake everytime we go there. Last time they changed my drink 3 times cos they keep making mistake with my drink. This time, we ordered frozen latte. It's supposed to be with egg pudding, but they put mango pudding instead, and now my drink is messed up. Coffe with sour mango?? Imagine how it tastes like. We couldn't change it anymore since it's to go. Please always focus on your work.

Maybe its just me.ANYways, I visited this pce not too long go with some friends who brought me here sayjng they had a BTS promo with special cups. Im a bit of a former fan(not that anyone cares)plus I do enjoy bbt anyways so I decided to see whats up.As I had purchased my drink, the cashier told my friends and I that the cups arent available til next week, it was a bit disappointing I guess(I didnt really care(like I said, not much of a fan anymore)) though I cant say the same to the other two who were into the idol group. Plus I didnt know if the place gave a warning in their socials beforehand so I cant really put blame on anyone.But we did get some scented tabs so we cool.About the interior, it was definitelt somethin, there were so many figures of legos and action figures amd even anime scale figures. Not only that but it was also stuffed with stuff toys of random characters or Pokemon(I think) and most notable is their BT21 stuffed toys which were also being sold I believe but they were pretty big so I think theyll be quite pricey.As a parting note, I say the place was pretty inviting, had nice outdoor lighting amidst it being under a superstore in a parking lot, very friendly staff and some gimmicky yet nice drinks.I rate it a cool-shades-emoji out of ten.
