There's a reason why it's rated very low! We came here after dinner since we were all looking for a fun place to hang out nearby. The place was nicely decorated and was quite empty ( assuming because we went around 8) more people started coming in closer to 10. The drink menu is very limited if you're not looking for cocktails or any other form of liquor. We got a cocktail tower without the alcohol, which they charged reg price for. Usually people give a discounted price for non alcoholic drinks but this was not the case. The tower was also filled with ice for the most part. Just don't expect to find any thing close to bubble tea here. 1.5 hrs and half way into our non alcoholic tower of cocktails the waitress comes by to let us know there's a min charge of $20 a person........... No where on the menu or anywhere in the store does it say this. We know cause we questioned her and had to ask her to remove it. They also didn't know their own promotions. --- current promotion is if you show proof of you following them on social media then you can get a free shot. According to the waitress since we were not going to meet minimum spend, we would not be qualifying for this, which we were okay with since none of us wanted alcohol. We simply wanted to check out a cool place after dinner. Can guarantee none of us will be coming back. OH they also automatically charged a 20% tip on the bill.

The venue is much smaller than what it might seem. The business model is different than other clubs. Basically people can rent the club and run their own events, this can be a good thing or bad thing. Overall it depends on the event and host but I think if you were a young lad or lass you could rent this place for a good price and have a grand time

Drinks not bad but expensive, they didn't ask what size I wanted and gave me large. Serivce wasn't bad. Washroom renovated since I came few months ago. Sat all night playing games and they would clean up the drinks once you're done. Most places won't let you play or will charge extra therefore the high score They make real money with the party rooms and alcohol sales but won't be mean against the small sales.

This restaurant would do much better as a nightclub rather than a restaurant. The music is pretty loud, the decor and furniture is set up in a way that gives it a nightclub vibe (especially with that stripper pole), the huge bar that takes up a good chunk of the restaurant, and the 2 huge screens (advertising the restaurant itself with people who work at the restaurant and more). For a nightclub, I would probably rate this place with 4 stars (I do like the songs they had on their playlist but I also noticed shortly after that they only have about 10 songs which they replay over and over again.)As a restaurant, which is what it is advertised as, I give it 1 star because the service is poor (so many servers but they either do not come to your table when you need to or they come to your table when you don't need them), the food is mediocre and way overpriced (ordered the duck and egg omelette-way too salty, and the grass jelly dessert-grass jelly was super bland and lacked the correct texture), and the seats are not suitable for dining in.I wouldn't go back for dinner.

Visited late night, food quality was just ok but pricy compare to the quality.Have loud music there, can't even have a normal conversation without yelling. When we ask the staff to turn the music down a bit since we were pretty much the only group left at that time. They told us, they were not able to turn the music down, as they did not have any control of it. The solution offered was to move to a different table...

You don't find many Asian places that make cocktail drinks. Since we are alcoholics, we wanted to get a few last drinks in before going back to the hotel. Cool little lounge with lots of flashing lights like it could possibly be a club. They were playing Jay Chou and even thought I dont understand it, I love his music! If I lived here I wouldn't mind throwing a birthday there. I ordered I believe the --Leo (3/5) - Lychee and vodka (comes with gin, but changed for my preference). The lychee made it super sweet but it wasn't bad. --Scorpio (4/5) - I kind of recreated this drink with vodka, capriccio, lemon, mint, and slightly sweet. I enjoyed this more than the super sweet Leo I had previously. The service was great! The waitress didn't know much English so the bartender and other workers helped us throughout the night.

Menu items were somewhat limited for this type of place.After ordering two meals and two drinks, it took a while to come. My drink and meal arrived before anything arrived for my dining partner. Server who took our order also couldn't remember who ordered which one. Other server walked by with the other order and tried to bring it to another table. Drink came even later. After we were done our meal for a while, we had to flag down our server to ask for the bill. She proceeded to punch in the orders of another table that had arrived. Finally we lost patience and just went to the front counter to pay, but even then the other server was busy making two drinks from a take out order and took a while to get to us.

This place is laughable. I don't even mind bad service, but I have a problem when my food shows up completely different than what I ordered. Look at the photo... does the real thing even resemble the menu picture? Definitely not! Such a rip off for $15. I wouldn't even buy this for $5. Sadly we were forced to pay 15% tips for our group. If I had a choice, I wouldn't even pay for this junk at all. Will never return.

We talked to the waiter. A while later the waiter came back with nothing and gave excuses. We left.SLOW AND HORRENDOUS SERVICE. DO NOT COME.

The drinks were priced much more expensive than any other bubble tea places. The quality of food and drinks are fair...not the best for sure. The only benefit is the fact that they allow you to sit there and play games for the entire night in hopes that you will order more food.
