I am concerned about the hygiene both inside and outside the restaurant. I always saw spilled drink outside the door and a number of luggage like belongings occupy beside the door. The floor was always wet. I also sae a person occupy the seats with her barefoot. It is very seldom for me to dine in because of the ambiance. I usually enjoyed my breakfast in my car instead before heading to work.
This is one, very, very busy Timmies. The wait was long, the line ups were long (both inside and outside, via the drive-through. The premises were filthy, bathrooms broken and inaccessible. The poor staff were running around just surviving (not sure if they were short-staffed that day or what) the continous onslaught of sometimes, very rude, privileged customers. This was one of the best Tim Horton's I've been to. The showcase was spotless, clean and clear. This made all the donuts and pastries more appetizing. I scanned the donut enclosure for fruit flies and didn't see any. The floors were clean too. Ordered a decaf coffee and it was fresh. The only thing bad was the clientele which is normal for a location across the street from a light transit station.
