We went to this place in April 2022. We had to return our food to the kitchen. My friend had ordered a beef brisket rice noodle and the beef briskets were cold. I had ordered a pumpkin soup which was far (below) from my expectation. It tasted starchy and powdery and its presentation looked like a chinese dessert soup. The curry chicken in bread was a disaster. The waitress did offer me a small dish of shredded cheese (cold) to add to the food in hope to make it more cheesy?? I declined because the cheese would not melt properly if added to the dish. I give it two stars because they did remake our food (minus the soup) but we spent almost 2 hrs for the ordeal. I will not go back and best of luck tp those who are still courageous enough to give it a try.

Came here for the first time. I bought a deal through Fantuan app. Two ppl combo original price $63, I bought it for $33. The combo came with individual hotpot, two appetizers and a drink. The hotpot selection had more spicy options than non spicy so we chose the chicken fish maw soup base. We get to choose additional meat as well. The two appetizers were spicy pork ear and seaweed knots. The drinks were literally just milk with mango/strawberry. We came here at 11:15am just right after they open. It was too early so we had the restaurant to ourselves. Every table had a call button so I liked not having to wave down at the server (when he was mostly out of sight in the back) the chicken leg and thigh were too tough to eat, probably boiled for too long. It came with quite alot of veggies. We had leftovers to take home. Imo, I would only come here with a deal, I would not pay $63+ tips for what I got.

Food tastes not bad. Quiet and clean place for food and the stuff is nice there.

A good bubble tea place in Aberdeen center. They are located at the end of one of the entrance of the mall. The inside part is hot pot and savory food item while the outside part is the bubble tea section. I got the mango with coconut milk tea and it was pretty refreshing. I like the crystal boba that was in there. The bottle was also very cute. My sister got the watermelon fresh milk and that was good too. They use real watermelon chunks which is nice. The wait time was a little long. There was no one besides us and it still took roughly 20 minutes to get our drinks. Overall, it was a decent place.

Visited when they first opened and decided to give them a second try. Spicy chicken had more bones than chicken with Chinese lao gan ma. Mango milk drink was legit milk and minimal mango for $8. Rice looked like baby food mixed with mushrooms. Really no improvement from the beginning. Disappointed.

My friend want to try their Peking Duck for two set menu dinner , she know I never say NO to food , also a early Fathers Day dinner for me ??? I am not much Korean food guy , it is my first time visit , restaurant is in the Aberdeen Mall , lot of parking , very clean open entrance , decor very mordant very spacious ,airy , no problem, with the Covid guidelines , I do not think is 100% Korean BBQ place , more like mixed Chinese and Korean Fusion style , very interesting concept , to seen a Korean restaurant severing Peaking Duck ! boiled dumpling , menu very unique and have a lot of choices , from Hot pot , peaking duck , fried chicken , crepes and many many more ! very confusing , " Lost of Identity ! " the duck meat is very thick had to chew ,chew , chew , the crepes very small ,but lot of duck meat on the plant , the best is the Duck noodle ,very tasty and flavourful , also the boiled dumplings freshly make ! and the side dishes is refillable include pickled radishes , bean sprouts, kimchi, potatoes , over all , very decent and interesting , price not expensive at all for peaking duck , do I like it ? I am confusing ! I do not know , but I like to come back to try somethings else , for sure not the Peaking Duck ! need more train staff ! open11am to 9 pm ,close 3 to 5 pm !

I’m surprised with how low the review is. Everything is good and I had a tomato beef. It has a really thick and rich flavour. I would give it a 4/5

I recommend calling ahead of time to check whether they offer dine-in experience - I had to get take out because there was only an hour remaining before closing, and I am unsure whether they stopped doing dine-in or if I wasn't early enough...so do call ahead. Also, Aberdeen Centre businesses close earlier than the mall and choose operating hours on their whim, so call ahead to see if the restaurant is open.I enjoyed my hot pot very much, despite needing to do some kitchen work to reheat it. There's sufficient portion to split one pot between two people (so the $20 price point is warranted) and the ingredients were varied and of good quality - I especially enjoyed the tofu fish pockets. I recommend the chicken base (#5?) and maybe avoid all the others. I docked stars off not being able to dine-in and for the overly salt, not generous enough portion of fried chicken side dish and dessert which tasted yummy but melted even after I've tried freezing it. I would still revisit, but order only the chicken hot pot to the exclusion of all else.

I thought this place was super cute. Everything I ordered was great for both appearance and taste. It's like a fun casual lunch experience.

Went to try it out this place as it was highly recommended...and I was excited about trying their individual hot pot. Though portions were very accommodating and generous...it just was not up to expectations...ordered a few of their side dishes and it was less then average..tried their drinks too..very original packaging and dunno if it was suppose to be served without no ice when its suppose to be a cold drink...food isn't bad but needs a little spice to excite ppl...lots of room..handicapped accessible...kids friendly...aberdeen mall parking...service is why I gave it 2 stars...really need to train the staff or the one guy working there ...maybe manager...about simple hospitality etiquette...I wish I could give it a better rating...maybe another time but not planning to go back anytime soon...

**COVID-19 SECOND WAVE** The place used to have so many patrons. When we arrived there was one table. The hubs and I got a bubble tea from them. The drink was nicely blended and the bottle is super cute. It tasted like a super soft strawberry sundae. The screw top has a hole for the straw, but was given first with a little piece of tape to cover it.

Wife and I wanted to check out this place because it looked interesting. Little did we know the disaster that would be hurling towards us. The wait was a half hour long. We didn't mind waiting. But there were several groups ahead of us that got a table of four before we did. Seemed like we were being skipped over. I approach the host if our table was ready. She looks around and says another five. Ok. We wait another five. And then I walk back and ask her again and she asked me who I was. LOL. What. Seriously? I was just there five minutes ago. Did not change my clothes or anything. My appearance I am sure was the same. I was a little annoyed at this point. We get seated and we place our order. My wife and I realize after about 20 minutes that other tables beside us who got in after we did received their orders before we did. So we ask. And they apparently lost our order. At this point I'm a little upset. We sat down at our table 7:30pm and it is currently 8:32pm and we still don't have our entire order present. We can't eat because we don't have the soup to cook our food in!!I seriously in all honesty cannot refer this place to anyone. NOBODY. They're service is so bad. And we did not even receive an apology for the delay. I'm not sure how they train their servers. But this is one of the worst places I've been for service in the lower mainland. It's horrifies me just how bad it is. The food has finally arrived after an hour.Ambiance - 2/5Service - 1/5Food - 2/5Price - 2/5Overall. Not recommended to go. I'm not even sure if they're still around. I'd be shocked to see if they still are considering how horrible their service was when we went. Stay away.
