Customer service has really detiorated. I placed my order with Jenavin and Shen and when I came back 30 min later thry said “we’re getting your order ready”. I tried calling but nobody picks up the phone. Really bad experience.

The only restaurant you can find at Automall Richmond. I ordered one Unagi Don and one Ramen. Both of them are delicious, but each one is not enough for man like me.

Waited 10 minutes just me and another person, but the workers were inside, lady in front of me eventually even walked partly into the kitchen to call out to one of them. Ordered sushi sandwich, the lady ordered ramen, we both waited for another 45 minutes before we got our food. I thought they went inside out the back door to go catch chickens for my sandwich or something.Would give 1-2 stars but since the food was good, and can be seen that it was made with care, barely made it to 3 stars.

Understandably there's a shortage of hybrid/plugins available at this time,...but this dealership has got to be the worse I've walked into. Because of the shortage, salespeople are reluctant to approach you cause it would be a waste of their time. We were probably standing out in the middle of the showroom for at least 10 min, and even sat in/out in almost every vehicle in the showroom to get any kind of attention and assistance. But to see 4-5 salesmen standing around is sooo disappointing. Nice showroom but poorly trained employees. Needless to say, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

I find the price just a bit more expensive than other places that serve the same food/similar portions.Their matcha latte had no matcha taste. All I tasted was milk, and it was like $7.50 for a "grande" size cup. Definitely not worth it.The soup base for the ramen was very salty. I had to add hot water to the soup so that I could finish it.I was there around 11:30 am on a Friday and there were quite a number of people there in the showroom so it was pretty noisy/loud.I don't think I'll be coming back.

Pretty cool that this service is available in a car dealership. The food is fresh and taste is good. Don’t expect large portions and it’s not cheap. A variety of drinks available and sushi as well.
Always have had excellent staff and service here. Have bought my last four cars from this place.

Originally going to just get a ren, but the server suggested me a set lunch which includes a drink and dessert, what a great suggestion!!The Ramen was amazing, I could have more but that was not necessary, perfect portion. The drink was a green tea, I like it, but next time I would opt for a hot cup instead of iced.The dessert I chose Macha cake, it was absolutely amazingI had a great lunch, thank you.
