I checked google about the business hours, and arrived at 8:30 pm. It shows the restaurant gonna close at 9:30 pm, and the “Open” sign was still turned on. Then two servers told me they don’t take order anymore, and asked me checking their business hours again. I didn’t see any signs or online postings regarding the time difference. Funny restaurant. You can shut down right away!

I found two hairs in my bowl of noodles at this restaurant.I complained to the restaurant, but they had a very poor attitude.Especially in guy the kitchen with very few hairs, and it seems like those two hairs are his, and they're a bit curly.Terrible quality, awful service, I'm never coming back again ?????
I went to this place with my mom for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. On that day, we ordered Shredded pork fried rice and Beef Shank noodles. The fried rice is little oily for my liking, but it tasted great overall. As for the noodle, it was great in taste and the beef meat were tender and well-seasoned. I like this place and I would be back for other dishes on the menu.

Kept calling the resto to place my order so that it’s ready in this very hot and humid weather but they never answer. I came in this staff/lady was very poor in customer service. No hi/hello.We come here and the rest of our family all the time and the server’s answer was they were busy?Really? I came in and there’s not a lot of people. There’s only 3 tables occupied with 6 peoe in total. Hey if you guys wanted business please practice excellent customer service . I decided not to tip this time. Now I have to sit inside to wait for my order instead of easy breezy pick up.

The food is Taiwanese, just very salty. Service was okay considering there was only one server with full house. Unfortunately since I found it salty and with the service circumstance, my water was never refilled, and I was very thirsty. My friends were gassy from the beef noodle soup ?

Messed up my order and missed the drink. Food was subpar for the price. Never got to try the tea. They used frozen vegies in the fried rice and the popcorn chicken had no flavor. Uber order.

Guys this place is like no other it's the best boba in Richmond though their food isn't exactly Michellin level it's super affordable and the salt and pepper chicken is delicious definitely reccomend I go here almost every day it's so good like so worth it and also it's in a super great location too its walking distance from almost legitimatey anywhere on number five road and even if you think coco or any other wierd boba place will be better mark my words this will become your fave boba shop and I highly recommend watermelon bbt and mango also is delicious enjoy!!!!the owner is also very nice and friendly.
