If you're looking for good Vietnamese food, probably don't expect it here. The prices are tempting but you really get what you paid for. I got the lemon grass chicken with the roll dip vermicelli bowl - wasted $12. I couldn't take another bite because everything tasted a bit off. The vermicelli had a sour taste, chicken tasted stale, roll dip was tough and super oily. The moment I saw them quickly throwing my food together as well as them trying to sweep the floor for closing (45mins before closing) I knew I'm going to be in for a treat ...I ended up getting food elsewhere in the food court.

Ordered “ beef ribs “ it tasted so bad, that my husband had to spit it out. Pretty sure it has gone bad. It’s cheap food but I don’t go to food court to get spoiled food. Bad practice!

I got the Curry Beef Brisket - the price here is great but the quality and flavor are not. Putting the rice and curry on a bed of Cucumbers made everything taste like Cucumbers. There wasn't much flavour to the curry to begin with. I'm more upset that my Beef Brisket pieces were all small fatty ends with skin or cartilage and barely any meat. I am not over exaggerating by saying there was only one piece of meat that actually had meat on it. Pass.

Customer service was lacking and my lemongrass chicken tasted like it was old and not lemongrass.

I only got drinks, and honeslty the milk tea isn’t bad it’s a good 5/10 for the price if you’re just craving milk tea and only have 3$. But the Vietnamese coffee tastes so bad, it’s 100% concentrated coffee with water it taste like instant nescafe that you can make at home, appearance wise isn’t good either. The service is alright, the people working there aren’t happy but they aren’t rude so I don’t mind.

Lemongrass Chicken Chop Noodles $8.5: The portion of rice noodles is quite large, but it has no flavor. I thought there would be sauce or something like that. There is no lemongrass flavor in the chicken. It feels like I am eating a meal without seasoning:)

First time ordering here. I was just around Lansdowne so I decided to get take out at the food court for lunch. The woman waved me over to pick up my take out order, but when I opened the bag back at work, my spring rolls were not in it. They knew about it when I called but didn't even bother to get my attention as I walked away. She said to go back for the spring rolls but I'm not going to drive another 15+ minutes just to pick up 3 dollar stale spring rolls. Very unorganized, and the food is barely edible, hence the price. I'll never buy from them again.

One of the cheapest food options around at the food court. The pho includes iced lemon tea and after taxes it's $9. Super affordable in today's rising inflation. I tried the wonton noodle soup and it was alright. Not the best but not terribly bad either. It was a lot of rice noodle in it that I did not finish it. It is quite a popular place and I can see why. Those on a budget will definitely come here. My friends liked the spring rolls and regular beef pho. Most dishes are under $12 and add on drinks are from $0.50 to $2.50.

The customer service is so bad. At first I ordered pho then the guy cashier wearing glasses was on his phone and then when I came up to order, he looked annoyed since I disturb him. He even scratch his head aggressively ( I even smiled at him and greeted him ) When my order was done, he didn’t even put let the food court tray separately and I almost spilled the hot pho on my clothes. Like don’t work if your so lazy gosh!!!

The pho was an oiling mess. Tasted like a gross unclean deep frier… I returned it and let them keep my money. Never returned food to a food court ever! Disgusting and not food
