Food is classic however service is slow and unfriendly. Every time I go here it is filthy. I don’t believe they wash down surfaces, tables or seating. As a family restaurant, kids are putting their hands on everything and it shows. See pic for example.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed and kids menu comes with drawing. Kids meals are served on a fun pirate ship.

Hostess and manager (on his phone texting) just stood there upon entry. Didn't greet us until we ask for a table. After, the hostess took us to a table that was not cleaned and made it wait there. After 5 mins wait, she took us to another table and just sat us. She didn't even ask if i need a booster or high chair when i am carrying my 1 year old kid. We had to ask for her and her respose was " Oh! you need one?"Order a Cobb Salad, it look so bad looking. Didnt even have majority of the ingredient that was listed on the menu. Had to ask our waitress to get it for me. Also hear the Calm Chowder was frozen so we can't order it.Overall i would not go back to this whitespot. Only thing that was good was our waitress.

Came here a few times during non rush hours, and it always feels like the service is lacking.Last time we were the only table in the area and our server kept chatting with her coworker, it was hard to get her attention. Never came to refill our waters, too.

My two friends shared the Monty burger. It comes on a plain bun with very little in it besides a thin grey meat patty and a small cup of french fries. I wanted them to each have a burger but I know they were thinking of the cost and decided to split the order because I was thinking the same by ordering just soup. The soup they call large comes in a small bowl and had three or four small pieces of clam and potato in it. I paid the bill but didn't say anything but thought to myself at $46.91 this was the biggest restaurant rip off for me so far. To pay that much for a mediocre meal of reduced portions and to pay $4.29 for coffee or tea to top it off won't be something I will do again.We have been patronizing Whitespots for many, many years but have now decided enough is enough. The cost of eating there is outrageous, the quality of the food is mediocre, portions have shrunk and service is so, so. We would have been happier with a having a burger and coffee McDonalds.

Had one of the best breakfasts here recently. Sunny side up eggs were nice and yellow and perfectly cooked. Good portions of back bacon. Crispy yet not greasy hash browns. Service was very friendly. Restaurant was very clean. This is a good White Spot. Well done folks!
