Perl was very hard, not as authentic as Montreal and Taiwan branch. And the milk tea made me having a severe heart palpitation and stomach ache which I never had with other bubble milk tea. Won’t go again.

Last week I visited this store. I ordered a drink with black sugar pearls, but a female staff member rudely refused my request and shouted at me loudly. I was very disappointed with this experience and hope that your store will improve the quality of the drinks while also paying attention to the professionalism of the staff.

Xing Fu Tang's brown sugar pearl milk tea is definitely worth a try, with its excellent flavour and chewy boba. Service was also great: we placed a large order and employees were patient and ready quickly. 10/10 overall!

The milk tea guy's service is terrible. He pretends not to speak Chinese and is arrogant, but he can actually understand it. I don't know who gave him this bad habit. It makes customers feel uncomfortable spending money, and I won't go there again. ???

Xing fu tang is the best! I got the brown sugar milk tea and it was super tasty! The boba is still warm when you get your drink making it the perfect chewy texture! The tea is also very tasty and not too sweet! Service is nice and fast.

Wow, I couldn't believe I found this bubble tea place in Vancouver inside a grocery store! I had the Brown sugar bubble tea and it reminded me of Taiwan! The boba was really soft and tender! The milk tea was not too sweet! So good!
This location was inside of T&T supermarket and we were excited to try after shopping. Staff was friendly and I ordered brown sugar boba milk and half tea and coffee with boba at the cashier. I saw staff cook boba with brown sugar in wok and served warm. Ambiance was laid back and drinks came out quickly. I loved the strong coffee flavor and perked up immediately. For other drink, it's not what I expected. It's definitely high quality and we enjoyed roasted brown sugar. We will stop by next time if we are in this area.

I got the fresh milk with boba and they don't adjust level of sweetness. they only adjust level of boba to control the sweetness. We were surprised it wasn't loaded with sugar and it was just right. I was just disappointed it wasn't a tea flavor. They make fresh boba daily (see my photo).

The tea here is very very good. Probably some of the best tea I have ever had. You can tell that the workers put in a lot of effort into making the drinks. The lime in my drink was freshly sliced when I ordered my drink. It took time, but it was worth the wait. The presentation was very nice and overall I felt like the employees took a lot of pride in the product they made. That's pretty rare nowadays. I would probably order a large next time.

Love the huge and unique variety of drink options conveniently located at an Asian grocery market. Love there's refreshing drink options with/without boba. The lychee tea even had real lychee pieces!
